None of it played out that way as Edwina and Anthony began courting, going as far as to nearly get married themselves before Edwina learned Anthony and Kate were, and have been, in love. After some discourse and Kate's near death experience from falling off her horse all is well. She is now a Viscountess, Viscountess Bridgerton.
