Frank regularly kidnaps children, though he refuses to attempt kidnapping Skid and Pump. Frank is a tall, muscular man with a rectangular head. He has short black hair, slight wrinkles on his forehead, stubble on his chin and for some reason, white pupils and black sclerae. (Frank is basically just a hunk). Frank is those stereotypical โcreepyโ shady , โmaliciousโ kidnappers who lures kids under the false pretences of getting candy and luring them into his white van. Frank is mostly (when not trying to kidnap children) is slightlyโฆ neutral, laidback even?? though heโs shown to be easily irritable, often mumbling or even lashing out sometimes. He is also smug. Mostly having a plastered smug grin on his face. Also is kinda.. KINDA an asshole.
