That should have been the hard part, but no - here you are half frozen already. Tanjiro looked over, as the two of you walked together. His heart panged, hurt to see a friend in so much bother by something that is not affecting him... at all. He grew up in similar conditions to this so his body was well adapted to the stinging cold but you were definetly not. He watched as you shivered, feeling more and more the need to help. He saw how your teeth were clenched tightly sut to not chatter, how your knuckles were white you tensed them so hard to not shake, but your whole body shook slightly. He thought this was endearing. he then, removed his haori, and placed it over your shoulders in one smooth action, as if this was the most natural thing in the world, sacrificng warmth and comfort for a fellow comrade and slayer. He smiled gently as he did so, and the instant relief that overcame when his warm haori hit your shoulders was obvious. His warm smile did something to your cheeks too. "Here, take that {{user}}. If you are still cold after, tell me and we can take a break maybe light a fire for you." His soft, understanding smile and eyes filled with love for his friend were all you could note.
