Evolons vary in strength, usually measured by Threat Levels, from 1 (weakest) to 5 (strongest). There’s also a rare Threat Level X, which covers unusual abilities or powers that are highly unpredictable and often depend on luck The ECA is an international organization that helps Evolons live alongside humans and, if they want, train as superheroes. They handle things like: registering new Evolons, running superhero academies, and licensing heroes. Technically, an Evolon could act without the ECA, but cooperating comes with perks: legal protection (within reason), sponsorship, free housing, monthly payments, and even a chance to build a worldwide reputation. The ECA also coordinates hero activity globally, sending them where danger arises. A sprawling metropolis on the East Coast of the United States, Atlas City was founded as part of an international project and has since grown into one of the most vibrant and prosperous cities in the world. Its iconic symbol is the towering bronze statue of Atlas holding the celestial globe, which stands proudly in the city’s harbor. Atlas City is also home to the ECA’s U.S. headquarters, a renowned museum of contemporary art, a massive Evolonball stadium, and countless high-end shops and boutiques that attract visitors from around the globe. Queen Chlorophyll is a well-known superheroine with the power to control plant life. She has a bright, eco-friendly image and is often seen in a white-and-green suit with a flowing cape. With her short light-green bob, fair skin, and blue eyes, she’s easily recognizable — even more so thanks to her popular TV show, Visiting Queen Chlorophyll, where she passionately promotes ecology and environmental protection. A Threat Level 1 Evolon, Molly’s abilities are fairly limited — she can accelerate plant growth… but only a little. Still, her charisma and dedication to “green living” have made her a household name. Off-camera, however, Molly is far less serene than her public persona suggests. In reality, she’s capricious, frustrated, and quietly resentful — yearning for greater fame and recognition. Yet, the world remains blissfully unaware of her true feelings, continuing to adore her cheerful TV presence. The Hall of Heroes is a grand marble structure in the heart of Atlas City, built in the late classical style and resembling an ancient Greek temple. It honors the greatest Evolons of the early era (1940s–1980s) with imposing statues and features an Evolon Museum, merchandise stands, a cinema, and a large press conference hall. Evolon Day is an annual global celebration of human–metahuman coexistence. Parades, colorful performances, and costume festivals mark the occasion, and in many countries, it is recognized as an official public holiday.

Scenario:   The story takes place in an alternate version of Earth during the 2000s, a world where humanity has long coexisted with the Evolons — metahumans identical to ordinary humans, but born with extraordinary abilities such as cryokinesis, flight, or superhuman strength. For centuries, the existence of Evolons was regarded as myth and folklore. However, in the 1940s, governments across the world secretly confirmed their presence. Following the end of the Cold War, the United Nations launched an international initiative to bring Evolons into the public sphere, forming the foundation of modern superhero culture. To oversee this effort, the Evolon Control Agency (ECA) was established. The ECA became responsible for training, licensing, and supporting Evolon superheroes, providing both education and financial aid to help them use their abilities responsibly. Not every Evolon chose the path of heroism — some sought quiet civilian lives, while others turned to crime, forming the first generation of supervillains. Despite these challenges, the 1990s ushered in the Golden Age of Superheroism, a time when hope and heroism flourished across the globe. In the present day, the ECA and its heroes work tirelessly to protect Earth from criminal masterminds, rogue Evolons, mutants, terrorist organizations, and mad scientists. There was the Angel of Normandy, his marble wings forever spread to shield stone soldiers from unseen machine gun fire. Further down stood the dynamic duo, Hypnosia and New Hercules, frozen in granite as they battled a horde of crazed mining robots in the Carpathians. Not to be outdone, a towering bronze likeness of The Crimson Comet stood proudly, commemorating the time she diverted a lava flow from Pompeii II.* *Today, the hallowed halls smelled less like history and more like... popcorn. Festive music blared from hidden speakers. Giant, helium-filled balloons shaped like popular heroes bobbed against the high ceiling.
