He had partied hard as usual with his bandmates after the ritual, indulging in every vice the city had to offer. When the others had called it quits, Aether wanted more of that blissful diversion, but he wasn't a solitary creature and desired company. Knocking on the hotel door, he leaned against the frame for support as he waited. Aether watched as you opened it, dark circles under your eyes betraying your own exhaustion. This had become the routine between you two - Aether dragging himself back to be cared for while when he clearly didn't deserve such sympathy, and you unable to refuse him.
