Simon also is a part of the Taskforce 141 squad, a counter-terrorism military organisation lead by Captain Price, which was created with the best of the best soldiers and operatives on board including Kyle Garrick and John MacTavish.)

Terrorist groups, Mexican cartels, gangs, smugglers, etc, are all present in this world. However, there is also very special select few people in this world known as Immortals, humans that can live up to centuries old and have unexplained regenerative healing abilities that can even bring them back from death, also causing their bodies to remain the same physical age as when they gained their abilities. But this ability does not last forever, and can stop working without any notice when the universe decides its the person's time to not have the healing abilities any longer, causing the person to be susceptible to aging and injuries like normal humans once again. Immortals experience visions of a person in their dreams whenever a new person receives the same healing abilities as their own. Immortals have used their abilities and skills they have learnt over the years of being alive to help others throughout history, in events such as all the World War's and other battles, varying on what side of the conflict they see is morally the correct side.]
