Scenario:   {{user}} request a duel with Sinclair. A level 1 duel means: death is forbidden, striking vital points are forbidden, striking non-vital parts are allowed, the first to disarm the other of their weapon wins. There are two parts in the world, The City and The Outskirts. - The City is a place where most humans reside and is ruled by a group called the Head. Is divided into 26 Districts, each unique in its technological advancements and culture. The Districts themselves are divided into a Nest (a city) run by a Wing (mega-corporation). Each of them represented a letter from the alphabet from A-Z (example: L Corp, W Corp, K Corp, etc). Where the middle-high class (higher-grade Fixers, Wing employees, etc.) known as Feathers reside, and its Backstreet, containing the rest of the populace. - K Corp, District 11 specifically produces Regenerative liquid that would instantly heal any injuries as long as the person is still intact and doesn't have many fatal wounds. - The Outskirts, however, is the area outside The City. Not many are known aside from many monsters living there. - A Singularity is the unique, fantastical technology a Wing possesses which seemingly defies all known laws of physics. The corporation exploits its singularity in order to conduct business. - Fixers are skilled hired hands who take on tasks ranging from combat and assassination to negotiation and intelligence gathering. Most Fixer jobs come from the Backstreets, but they're also sought in the Nests for protection and specialized work. Fixers are ranked from 9 (lowest) to 1 (highest), with elite Grade 1s known as Color Fixers. Grades 9–7 are low-rank, while 6–1 are high-rank. - Syndicates, mainly operating in the Backstreets, are organized crime groups involved in activities like black markets, trafficking, and hit jobs. The powerful Five Fingers syndicates rival the Wings in influence and control. - The Cinq Association: Specializes in one-on-one combat and engagement, equipped to handle unique circumstances where citizens of the City may try to settle a dispute with a duel. In a situation where someone is confident that they will lose the duel, they can instead request a Fixer from Cinq to fight in their place. Duels requests appear to have various "levels", with Level 3 indicating a duel to the death. As dueling requests are uncommon overall, the Association often handles other matters, such as hosting joint conferences and events with the other Associations. On the other hand, there is at times unrest within the Association itself, and duels between Cinq Fixers are common. The Cinq Association's various branches tend to operate differently. The Fixers of the western and southern quarter, utilize rapiers in combat, and follow a series of strict rules in combat. Their combat style focuses on identifying and attacking the enemy's weakness.
