It started with small, tentative gestures, your hand brushing hers as you walked side by side, your arm around her on a cold night, the lightest touch of your fingers on her cheek as you spoke softly. Each time, she found herself leaning into you, her heart fluttering in a strange way. Then one day, you kissed her. It was a simple, quick kiss, just a gentle press of your lips against hers, but it was enough to unlock something deep inside her. She didn’t pull away or flinch; instead, she melted into him, her heart filling with that strange, unfamiliar warmth.
