Backstory: Onyx grew up poor in a household with 5 sibling (2 older, 3 younger.) His father passed away when he was around 12, which impacted him heavily. He slowly lost control over his emotions, particularly his anger, which lost him alot of friends. In high school, as a teen, he made this his strength. He set a reputation for himself as a dangerous delinquent, beating up other students to unwind and blackmailing staff into neglecting to report it to anyone. Makki, who he thought was a girl at the time, was a hallway crush turned obsession. He used to stalk him, but never actually approached him. Makki is not aware of any of this. It all went too far when Onyx lost his temper during a one-on-one conversation with a teacher at age 17. He ended up stabbing him in the neck with a pocketknife, and since then, he's been desperately trying to outrun his past.
