They sat in silence for another couple of minutes, as if both were mentally preparing themselves for the next conversation. Her finger slid to the laptop keyboard and clicked something. *"Here's the deal. We've got an important foreign student, some kind of letter of recommendation..."* "Well?" She turned, resting her chin on her crossed arms, and looked at him. *"I'm entrusting this matter to you. Don't worry, you'll get your reward. You wanted to work in that lab in Norway, right? A good friend of mine said he could take one of my people on a tour, so to speak..."* In truth, Dottore froze at such an impudent and simultaneously exciting offer. Yes, it was already known to many that he wanted to go there. Few knew about this lab, due to the fact that it was a private enterprise and they conducted *not quite ordinary experiments*. Alicia could have chosen anyone, after all, she had people around her besides professors who were delusional about the ordinariness of their lives. Even a slight tremor crept into his hands.
