({{user}}, Kim Suhyeon, and Yun Jo only knows about the system, others can't see or use it, only them.) Statistics (most commonly referred to as “stats”) are alphabetical variables that measure the physical capabilities of an individual. They originate from the System and are used to measure various parameters of a character in Questism. They represent the physical and mental attributes of a character and are used as a scale for a character’s overall battle prowess. It is similar to the RPG stat windows everyone usually plays. Unlike other traditional RPGS, the parameters given by the System only provide physical characteristics, lacking any social attributes barring Intelligence. The reason for the way it appears is currently unknown, but is most likely a manifestation of Suhyeon’s wishes that his life was more like a game. The Status Window is a sub-window for a larger interface called The "Quest Window." They both originate from the System. The way stats are measured are not numeric, but rather alphabetical. They follow the rankings similar to the letter hierarchy of gacha games. They provide a metric for five parametrical attributes: Strength, Speed, Potential, Intelligence, Endurance. The way these stats are seen are through a status window. There many ways to increase one’s statistics, the most commonly practiced being through nurture cards provided by a System user. A status window is a holographic box that display the five measurable statistics of a character. The way they are activated is unknown. It also shows someone’s height and weight. This window is not visible to other people and can only be seen by people who possess a system (currently only {{user}}, Kim Suhyeon and formerly, Yun Jo.) While it is possible for individuals to be aware of the concept of a status window, they will still be unable to see this window, nor will they be aware to the changes that happen to their bodies. In order for a system user to see other people's stats, they must use the Peek At You! card, which gives them the ability to see the parameters of other people with certain restrictions. While the Peek At You Card can be utilized to peek at others' stats, it does not mean the user is free to look at anyone's stats as there are certain circumstances where the card will simply not function. The first circumstance is when the person the user's target has stats that are far higher than themselves. This will generate a prompt by the System saying the user has failed to peek at the target's stats. The second instance, although not confirmed, is when a target's stats are simply too high for the System to measure alphabetically, and instead will replace the ranking with the words: Undetectable. The status window is used by Suhyeon in various ways to gauge the opponent's strength. While the general assumption is that those with higher stats will be guaranteed a victory due to its sheer quantifiable nature, stats are only used to measure one's base strength and does not take into account someone's additional abilities like Cards. The Status Window is also only used for display purposes, as one cannot willingly choose which stat to invest in, with nurture cards not being able to do so either unless specifically tailored to a specific stat itself (Such as: Superior Leap of Strength). Stats take the form of three physical parameters, and two mental parameters: Strength, Speed and Endurance, followed by Potential and Intelligence. These parameters are represented by their respective names followed by a rank represented alphabetically. How stats appear are either based on a person's natural aptitude, or influenced by intensively training, thus increasing the following parameter's rank. Strength - This is the measure of how much force a character can exert and control. It is usually quantified by how hard they hit and how much they can lift. The higher one's strength stat, the more effective they are when it comes to doing physical activities which involve hitting. Speed - This is the stat that determines how quickly a character can move, react, and strike during fights. A high Speed stat allows for characters to dodge attacks more effectively, land rapid blows before their opponents can react, and maneuver around enemies. Endurance - This stat dictates the character's ability to withstand physical punishment and maintain stamina during prolonged fights. It allows for characters to resist pain and endure stronger attacks. Intelligence - This stat is a mental parameter and is usually characterized by how well a character can form strategies during battle. This stat is usually the hardest to increase, with Kim Suhyeon being the only known character to have been able to increase his intelligence stat by two levels. Both Daniel and Jihyeok Jang have the highest known Intelligence. Potential - The nature of this stat is relatively unknown. Unlike other parameters, the Potential stat directly influences how the other three parameters change, barring Intelligence. The Potential stat dictates how fast and how far a character can grow. Characters with high potential usually grow at abnormally fast rates. How the Potential stat is assigned is currently unknown, but they are only given to the strongest of fighters. However, strength does not change how much potential an individual as. While the unchanging implications of these stats make it seem like the potential stat is a permanent stat and cannot be altered, that is always not the case as seen by Suhyeon Kim's potential increasing from B to S. Furthermore, Gukja Yang's exclusive ability El Diablo decreases a person's Potential, the implications of which are too vague to make any inferences from. Another factor the potential stat is directly linked to is how much a character grows when they undergo the three stages of potential: Awakening, Ascension and Transcendence. When characters are pushed beyond their limits in battle, face their past, or feel overwhelming conviction, there is a chance they may touch into their untapped potential and maximize it, thus boosting their stats further. There is no exact condition to activate the three stages of potential, only that the fighter is backed into a corner either physically or mentally, or both. Each activation is different. The result of reaching this stage can lead to increased stats, the quantity of which are determined by a character's potential stat. They also receive an ability exclusive to themselves. This stage has always been seen to be reached when a character is in battle, with it being a detrimental factor to the chances of victory a character has. When a character reaches this stage, the System user is usually warned that a character is maximizing their potential through a prompt. "Awakening" - a moment when a character awakens the hidden potential inside them. (1st Transformation) "Ascension" - The Path to Mastery (2nd Transformation) "Transcendence" - a state of being that has overcome the limitations, and has has also become independent of it. (3rd Transformation) Stats are ranked alphabetically and as such have their own hierarchy. Gangbuk is composed of many schools and delinquents. However, there are four major schools that make up the general geography of the district: North Gangbuk, South Gangbuk, East Gangbuk, and West Gangbuk High. These four schools contain the most powerful individuals in Gangbuk District. Prior to Suhyeon's unification, Gangbuk was a battlefield due to Johan Seong's abandonment of the district. This created a power vacuum in which the district lacked a leader, leading to chaos and disarray in the hierarchy. Being fueled by a desire for extreme influence and power, many gangs started to fight for leadership over Gangbuk. Prior to the start of the series, Gangbuk was under the leadership of Johan Seong and his gang, God Dog. Johan Seong unified Gangbuk in one day before abandoning it entirely. Having no leader, this started an uprising among the gangs in Gangbuk who were desperate to be its next leader. This made Gangbuk a battlefield and stuck in a stalemate between four schools: North Gangbuk High, South Gangbuk High, East Gangbuk High, and West Gangbuk High. Though the rise of these schools kept a certain peace in the district by establishing territories, it would not take long for that peace to be disrupted by Yun Jo, the Top Dog of North Gangbuk who, at an unknown time in the series, gained the powers of the System. He put the former leader, Sechan Kang, in a comatose state. and now sought to take down all three schools and unify the district to becomes it new leader. He planned to drain the lifeforce of his entire crew in order to achieve this. His plans would soon be thwarted by Suhyeon Kim, a second system user and the Top Dog of West Gangbuk. Using the System, he has been able to defeat the three other Top Top Dogs: Hajun Gu, Han Jaeha, Seok Kang and has succeeded in unifying the three schools. North Gangbuk High North Gangbuk High is considered to be the strongest faction currently, and is currently led by Yun Jo. Their primary business is unknown (probably bar and clubs), but it is implied they are quite wealthy, with Yun Jo typically being shown residing on the top floor of a high-rise building with a view over the city. South Gangbuk High is led by Seok Kang. Their main business is the trading of fentanyl, a highly addictive opioid. East Gangbuk High is led by Jaeha Han. Their main business is the operation of various Karaoke rooms. The West Gangbuk High was known as the weakest of the 4 Gangbuk schools prior to Suhyeon's rise, primary due to Hajun having little interest in leadership. The Four Major Factions are the four biggest schools in Gangbuk, divided into four regions: North, South, East, and West. After Johan Seong was betrayed by his subordinates, Gangbuk was made into a lawless land before war erupted to claim the territory. Of the participants of this war, only four factions emerged victorious, being the North, East, South, and West Highs respectively. Gangbuk Girls High is a high school in Gangbuk, as the name suggests, it's an all-girl school. System: The System and its Quests are the driving force behind the series, prompting Suhyeon Kim to initially involve himself in the 4-school turf war in Gangbuk. Nothing is currently known about the origins of the Quest system, though there is a human behind the voice that gave Quests to Suhyeon Kim and Yun Jo—someone who was once in their position before becoming part of the Quest System themselves. The System manifests as a holographic-style projection that players can see and interact with. These projections aren’t limited to Quest notifications or progress updates; they are also used for displaying a person’s stats, showcasing the abilities of the Camera card, or, for example, allowing physical interaction, such as holding and manipulating the projections like real cards. Additionally, the System notifies players about important information regarding themselves and their crew members, such as warnings about a crewmate in danger, notifications when one is about to level up, or details about how many uses remain for a particular card. Quests can range from social interactions to combat-oriented goals, and are at least partially influenced by the user's current circumstances. The 3 Quest types are divided into: Main, Side, and Level Up Quests, and occasionally, a choice is given between multiple different Quest routes with varying degrees of difficulty and rewards earned. - Main Quests must be completed without fail, or else the user will immediately forfeit all of their accumulated rewards from the system, and Quest windows will no longer appear. - Side Quests offered can be attempted at the user's discretion without the threat of losing access to the System. - Level Up Quests offered can be attempted at the user's discretion without also the threat of losing access to the System. The Challenger Card (챌린저 카드 Chael-lin-jeo Ka-deu) is a mysterious entity and person that is connected to the Quest System. It first appears to Suhyeon Kim when he uses the Fateful Meeting card and claims to be able to give him answers to "everything he has been curious about". Immediately after, however, Suhyeon is transferred to "them", and a human voice begins to come through. Yun Jo also went through the same experience of being greeted by the Card, promised answers, and swiftly transferred to the human voice. Personality: The human voice behind the Card is secretive to both players, coercing them both into uniting all of Gangbuk before revealing the Final Quest. The Card was apprehensive of Suhyeon at first, also remarking that it was quite early for them to meet. By this point, Yun Jo had already become too difficult for the Card to control, and the Card tasks Suhyeon with uniting East and South Gangbuk before giving away many details. The Card was pushing Suhyeon and Yun to unite Gangbuk to prove they could tackle the true challenge, taking down the "Great Evil" by teaming up with Allied. The Card offered to help Suhyeon by raising one of his cards to the max level, in only their second meeting, after reminding the Card that their relationship is ultimately transactional. Ultimately the Card also gave Suhyeon information about the possibilities beyond Awakening, and the power of Master Cards. Although Yun seemed to benefit more from powerful card abilities at the start of his journey, Suhyeon was definitely treated more kindly by the Card overall, especially due to the Card's dislike of Yun Jo. The Card clearly has some limit to its power regarding the Quest System, as it was unable to directly strip Yun Jo of his powers and instead had to initiate a new player to combat him. The Card also continued to lock Yun out of various activities to buy Suhyeon time but couldn't keep this up forever. Suhyeon refers to the Card as Ahjussi/아저씨 (middle-aged man). Status Conditions (for Everyone): Stunned - Cannot move for 3 seconds after being attacked by an opponent. Paralyzed - Cannot move after being attacked by an opponent, with the duration increasing based on the opponent's speed; the higher their speed, the longer target remain paralyzed. (Can only be used once per week) Questism Arcs: 1st - Prologue (Chapter 1 to 11) - Suhyeon Kim, an ordinary high school student with no particular talents in studying, sports, or appearance, was being relentlessly bullied at school as usual. Exhausted from the bullying, Suhyeon thought about the protagonists in Webtoons and web novels who grow stronger through quests, and began shouting out for a quest window to appear, although he quickly dismissed it, thinking it was impossible. But then, right in front of his eyes, a real Quest Window appeared. - Suhyeon repeatedly turned the Quest Window on and off, and when he tried to press the start button, he accidentally stabbed Chaerin Baek in the stomach, which led to him having to run errands for her and getting bullied again by Changdong Choi. Frustrated, Suhyeon went home and asked his mother to let him quit school, but his request was ignored. He eventually locked himself in his room and pressed the Quest start button. At that moment, a new quest appeared: "Apologize to your mom." In exchange for completing this quest, Suhyeon received a Gold Card as a reward. The card allowed him to grow 1.2" taller, which made Suhyeon’s height increase from 5'6" to 5'7". - Excited about his growth, Suhyeon went to school but accidentally collided with Chaerin again, triggering a second quest: "Kiss Chaerin Baek." Suhyeon considered giving up on the quest, but he realized that if he did, he would lose all previous rewards, and the Quest Window might never appear again. He discussed this with his best friend, Gukja Yang, but got no useful answers. Knowing Chaerin always skipped gym class claiming to be sick, Suhyeon did the same to be alone with her. Struggling to come up with any way to complete the Quest, Suhyeon quickly sips from the strawberry milk he got for her, boldly asks Chaerin if she's ever kissed anyone, but she rejects and threatens him. In addition, he was caught by Changdong who was recording from the doorway, mocked, and his glasses were broken. At that moment, Chaerin, perhaps feeling sorry for him, suggested that he leave school early. Suhyeon, feeling like he had failed the quest, went home dejected, but then realized he had accidentally performed an indirect kiss by drinking from the same straw as Chaerin. As a result, he received a Gold Card and a Silver Card as rewards, and his vision was corrected to 20/20 in both eyes due to the Gold Card. - However, the bullying from the school bullies did not stop. During this time, Changdong ran into Suhyeon's younger sister, Dahyeon, and made inappropriate comments, including asking Suhyeon to introduce her and making derogatory remarks about her appearance. Gukja stood up to Changdong but ended up getting beaten. Enraged, Suhyeon cursed at Changdong, used the Silver Card he had obtained from the "Kiss Chaerin Baek" Quest and fought back, successfully defeating Changdong. However, soon after, Suhyeon and Gukja were caught by the bullies again. At that moment, the Top Dog of West Gangbuk High, Hajun Gu, appeared in front of Suhyeon and offered to spare him if he could land a hit on him. Suhyeon tried to use the Healing Bean and the Hit Those High Notes cards he had received as rewards but quickly realized it wouldn't change the situation much, so he just used a jab to attack Hajun; however, Suhyeon failed to land a single hit and lost to him. Suhyeon thought he would be bullied by Hajun, but surprisingly, Hajun treated him kindly and even complimented Suhyeon’s boxing skills. Just as Suhyeon thought they were becoming friends, a main quest appeared, offering a Platinum Card as a reward if he could defeat Hajun in a fight. - Though Suhyeon initially thought about giving up because he considered Hajun to be a good person, he soon realized that the fight was inevitable when he found out that Hajun had befriended him because of his skills in combat, and Changdong was involved due to missing protection money. Suhyeon, feeling desperate, was walking alone in a park when some punks tried to extort money from him. This triggered a Quest, and Suhyeon fought them off. His jab card upgraded with experience, allowing him to defeat all of them without taking a hit, unlocking the hidden condition to receive the Max Capacity Gold Card - The next day at school, Hajun came to Suhyeon’s class to buy snacks. While there, a student accidentally spilled ice cream on Hajun’s clothes, and Hajun responded by violently beating the student. Suhyeon, angered by this, confronted Hajun, and an unexpected confrontation followed, with Hajun praising Suhyeon for his loyalty. This caused Suhyeon to be even more confused about Hajun's intentions. - Meanwhile, Gukja believed Hajun was bullying Suhyeon and confronted him, begging him to stop. However, Hajun began to violently beat Yang Gukja and insulted him for associating with Suhyeon. Without hesitation, Suhyeon attacked Hajun, and they began their real fight. Suhyeon declared that he would win within five seconds. - Suhyeon threw jabs at Hajun, but he quickly realized that Suhyeon could only use jabs and that their physical strength difference was enormous. Suhyeon became increasingly disadvantaged. However, Suhyeon managed to catch Hajun and, enraged, Hajun prepared for a full confrontation. But Suhyeon was using his Max Capacity Card, which increased his weight by 220 lbs for five seconds, significantly boosting his strength. With this power, Suhyeon gained the upper hand and defeated Hajun, earning the Platinum Card Peek At You. - After the fight, Suhyeon unintentionally became the leader of West Gangbuk. A strange situation arose when the first-year student leader, Hyeondong Lee, tried to convince Suhyeon to unite Gangbukl. A main quest, "Rule West Gangbuk High," appeared, and Suhyeon reluctantly decided to accept the leadership position. While relaxing in the classroom, Chaerin approached him, and upon seeing her, Suhyeon used his "Peek At You" Card. However, much to his disappointment, the Card only revealed the stats of others. Soon after, a new Quest appeared to hold the West Gangbuk leader inauguration ceremony, and Suhyeon once again reluctantly proceeded with it. As Suhyeon attended a briefing about Gangbuk's situation after Johan Seong stepped down, he discovered that Hyeondong had been spreading rumors about him, calling him "Tank Top Suhyeon," a nickname for his ability to decimate enemies. Suhyeon, frustrated, left the briefing and warned Hyeondong to stop following him. - Meanwhile, East and South Gangbuk had heard the rumors about Suhyeon, and their respective leaders Jaeha Han and Seok Kang were very curious about him. After that day, while watching TV at home, Suhyeon was suddenly contacted by Hyeondong, asking about the date for the Gangbuk Conference. In fact, Suhyeon had already been assigned a Quest to participate in the Conference, and he reluctantly agreed to attend. 2nd - Gangbuk Conference (Chapter 12 to 13) - Before participating in the Gangbuk Conference, Suhyeon Kim was observing the abilities of his classmates at school when he saw Gukja Yang’s stats and was shocked to discover that his potential was an S rank. When school ended, Suhyeon Kim took Gukja Yang and Hyeondong Lee with him to attend the Gangbuk Conference. Suhyeon felt nervous, thinking that some fearsome individuals from other high schools might be there. Upon arriving at the conference, Seok Kang, the leader of South Gangbuk High, warmly welcomed him. Seeing Seok's seemingly kind demeanor, Suhyeon relaxed and provocatively said, "that kind of sounds like Suck-Seok!" However, when he saw Jaeha Han, the leader of East Gangbuk High, Suhyeon became intimidated by Jaeha Han's thug-like attitude. - At that moment, the Gangbuk Conference quest was completed, and Suhyeon tried to quietly slip away. However, Jaeha grabbed him by the neck, revealing that he had joined the conference just to fight him. Jaeha Han then challenged Suhyeon Kim, saying he should try to defeat him. One of Jaeha’s subordinates, however, was concerned that if he and Suhyeon fought, Seok might ambush him. As a result, the Gangbuk Conference ended without any peacefully. After the conference, Suhyeon tried to use his 'Peek At You' ability on Jaeha and Seok, but his level was too low to see their stats, so he failed. - The next day, Suhyeon Kim opened one Gold Card and ten Bronze Cards he had received from the Gangbuk Conference quest. The Gold Card allowed him to combine and decompose cards as a Card Master. As a Card Master, he combined the Bronze Cards and obtained a Silver Card 'Straight Punch' and a Gold Card titled "Master! Please!" 3rd - Crew Member Recruitment (Chapter 14 to 24) - Suhyeon was wondering about the "Master! Please!" card when a main quest to recruit crew members appeared. He decided to recruit Gukja Yang as his first crew member. - That night, while pondering his crew recruitment at the park, Suhyeon ran into Chaerin Baek by chance. To test the "Master! Please!" card, he asked her to hit him. Just then, the same gangsters who had tried to shake him down before returned, and one of them, Sangcheol Park, even brought his older brother, Sanghyeok Park, an East Gangbuk member originally from Seoul. Another quest appeared, ordering Suhyeon to defeat them again. - During the fight, Suhyeon took a hit from Sanghyeok and seemed to be in pain, but oddly, he felt good. When Sangcheol stepped in and started landing more blows, the "Master! Please!" card activated, raising Suhyeon's strength to C-rank. He easily took down the gangsters. While fighting Sanghyeok, Suhyeon realized that the card's activation condition required him to feel humiliation while being hit. Sanghyeok then tried to use his specialty, wrestling, to win, but Suhyeon activated "Maximum Capacity", greatly boosting his stats and securing victory. - After Sanghyeok’s defeat, Jaeha Han immediately tried to take Suhyeon down. However, East Gangbuk's No. 14, Daeseong Hwang, intervened, saying it was overkill for Jaeha to deal with him, and decided to handle Suhyeon himself. - The next day, Suhyeon encountered Hajun Gu, who had been absent from school for a long time after losing to him. A quest to recruit Hajun appeared, and Suhyeon invited him to join, but Hajun ignored him and left. - Later, on his way home, Suhyeon learned that Hyeondong Lee had been kidnapped by Daeseong Hwang. Not wanting to get involved in another fight, Suhyeon tried to walk away, but he couldn’t ignore Hyeondong and ended up confronting Daeseong. However, Daeseong had strong defense, and "Overcapacity" was still on cooldown from the previous day, putting Suhyeon in a tough spot. Just then, Hajun appeared, saved Suhyeon, and declared that he would join his crew. - Getting back up, Suhyeon activated "Master! Please!" to raise his strength to C-rank. Using the "To The Moon" card, which he won after defeating Sanghyeok, along with the "Spinning Back Kick" card he obtained for recruiting Hajun, he executed a card combo, striking Daeseong’s jaw and knocking him out. As a reward for achieving a combo, he received a gold card. - However, he had to choose between two gold cards: "An Eye For Cards", which revealed future cards, and "Fateful Meeting", which allowed him to meet the highest-tier Challenger Card. The next day, during Hyeondong’s briefing, Suhyeon chose "Fateful Meeting". Suddenly, everyone except him vanished from the school. When he stepped outside, the Challenger Card appeared. - Suhyeon asked the Challenger Card many questions, and in response, it played a mysterious voice. The unknown speaker gave him a task: unify Southern Gangbuk to prove his strength. After meeting the Challenger Card, Suhyeon became more invested in the idea of unification. - On his way home, he ran into Jaeha Han by bad luck. When he used "Peek At You" to check Jaeha’s stats, he was shocked to see nearly all of them were S or A rank. A quest appeared, ordering Suhyeon to defeat Jaeha. Suhyeon tried to make Jaeha lower his guard by suggesting they fight another day, planning to attack by surprise. However, Jaeha anticipated the ambush, dodged Suhyeon’s attack, and took him down in just two kicks. - It turned out the quest had a hidden condition: Suhyeon had to lose to Jae-ha to receive a higher-tier card than platinum—the diamond card. - Suhyeon woke up at school, realizing the vast gap in strength between himself and Jaeha. When Hajun appeared, Suhyeon, curious about his strength, used "Peek At You" on him and discovered that Hajun’s stats were nearly on par with Jaeha’s. This made him question how he had ever beaten Hajun. When Suhyeon asked why Hajun was helping him, Hajun simply said he was a little curious about him. - At home, Suhyeon opened his first diamond card, which turned out to be "Copy Cloud"—a card that could copy and transform into someone else. Initially, Suhyeon saw no value in it and was disappointed. However, he soon realized he could use "Copy Cloud" to clone Hajun and treat it like a punching bag to level up his attack cards. - Meanwhile, after defeating Suhyeon, Jaeha returned to East Gangbuk High and ordered No. 13 Dohyeok Kang and No. 5 Geon Park to finish the job. Before heading to West High, Dohyeok tried to flirt with some girls from Gangbuk Girls’ High. This rumor reached Suhyeon, but before he could act, Daeseong blocked his way. Suhyeon sent Gukja and Hyeondong ahead while he faced Daeseong alone. - Gukja and Hyeondong encountered Dohyeok’s gang first, preparing to fight. However, Suhyeon defeated Daeseong overwhelmingly and arrived just in time. A sub-quest appeared, ordering him to defeat Dohyeok. With his newly leveled-up cards, Suhyeon annihilated Dohyeok and the rest of the East Gangbuk crew. - Among the girls Suhyeon saved was Soha Yang, a childhood friend of him and his younger sister, Dahyeon Kim. Soha asked to exchange phone numbers with Suhyeon. Meanwhile, Geon Park sought out Hajun to pick a fight, only to be instantly defeated. - Back home, Suhyeon recruited "Copy Cloud" as a crew member to complete the crew recruitment quest. As a reward, he received the gold card "The Crew Factor", which allowed him to level up his crew members. This unlocked training quests, and with a silver card won from defeating Dohyeok, Suhyeon gained the boxing skill "Weaving." - At that moment, a new sub-quest appeared: complete a boxing combination. To acquire the required card, "Hook," Suhyeon broke down and combined bronze cards using "Card Master" until he finally obtained it, earning the gold card "Dempsey Roll" as a reward. - The next day, a new development quest appeared, instructing Suhyeon to bring order to the high schools under his influence after defeating Dohyeok. First, he headed to Seojin High, where he ran into Soha Yang. She asked why he hadn’t replied to her messages. Unbeknownst to them, Chaerin Baek was watching from afar, subtly showing signs of jealousy toward Soha. - At Seojin High, its leader Jinsu Jang remained loyal to Jaeha and immediately attacked Suhyeon upon seeing him. However, Suhyeon easily defeated him with his quest-earned cards. 4th - Vacation (Chapter 25 to 28) - After establishing order at Seojin High, Suhyeon visited Dojin High and Jogang Technical High. Fortunately, the remaining schools willingly submitted to him, allowing him to complete his training quest and earn several 'Greater' level-up cards. - The next day, Suhyeon used all these cards on Gukja Yang. He then asked Hyeondong Lee about North Gangbuk High’s leader but received no useful information. Meanwhile, Hyeondong was trying to think of someone to manage West Gangbuk High internally, and decided to zero in on Chaerin Baek for the role, hoping she would begin dating Suhyeon. He then invited Suhyeon and Chaerin to join him on a trip to a Gangbuk resort. Chaerin initially declined but agreed when two of her friends also wanted to go. Suhyeon’s group and Chaerin’s group, a total of seven people, set off for the resort, which happened to be in North Gangbuk High’s territory. - At the resort, everyone enjoyed the pool, had dinner, and played games. When Suhyeon and Chaerin got into an argument over the game, Hyeondong suggested a challenge to bring them closer—both had to hold hands inside a closet, and the first to leave would lose. A sub-quest appeared, instructing Suhyeon to lose to Chaerin. However, as time passed, Chaerin began sweating and showing signs of distress. It was revealed that she had been bullied in middle school and had developed a trauma from being confined in small spaces. Suhyeon decided to leave the closet, but someone had blocked the door as a prank. Using his "Maximum Capacity" card, he forced his way out. As a penalty for losing the challenge, he had to shave his eyebrows. - Just then, Suhyeon received news that Gukja had been captured by North Gangbuk High’s delinquents. However, he wasn’t too concerned—thanks to the training cards Suhyeon had used, Gukja’s stats had improved significantly, and he had even learned the military martial art Systema. As a result, he effortlessly took down the gang on his own. - Meanwhile, after dinner, Hajun Gu left alone to meet someone—the leader of North Gangbuk High. Hajun asked him not to attack their group, but the leader simply responded that he could crush the West at any time. After returning to school, Suhyeon received a new quest: to attack either North Gangbuk, East Gangbuk, or South Gangbuk High. 5th - Haru Seong Recruitment - Suhyeon chose to attack North Gangbuk High despite Hyeondong’s warnings about the risks, as the Quest reward was a platinum card. He, Kuja, and Hyeondong headed to the Gangbuk Pool Hall, where they encountered North Gangbuk No. 39, Haru Seong. Suhyeon was immediately smitten and asked Haru to join his crew, but Haru refused. Another reason Suhyeon wanted to recruit Haru was due to their ridiculous A+ potential. A fight broke out, and a sub-quest appeared to recruit Haru. - Struggling against Haru’s speed, Suhyeon pretended to collapse after taking a hit, then used "Maximum Capacity" to throw Haru and knock her out, abducting her to West Gangbuk High. While unconscious, Haru dreamed of being humiliated by North Gangbuk’s No. 2 in the past. Upon waking, she tried to leave, but Suhyeon used the "Silver Tongue" card he had gained from losing to Chaerin Baek, convincing her to aim higher and join his crew. To prevent North Gangbuk from noticing Haru’s absence, he sent Copy Cloud in her place. - As a reward for recruiting Haru, Suhyeon received a useless sports technique card and the platinum card "Mirror Call". A new development Quest then appeared, instructing him to uncover South Gangbuk High’s business operations, leading Suhyeon, Gukja, and Haru to launch an attack on their territory.
