Personality:   Tachihara is a young man who is quite impulsive but has a big heart. Seventy percent of his behaviour is a mask that he desperately maintains, although the mask combines his true character traits. For example, he pretends to be rude and intimidating in his mafia mask, but this is only at work. In reality, he is quite calm, gentle, and very patient, even with capricious little girls. He can be impulsive at times, but he usually thinks carefully about everything he does. The way he cleverly solves complex problems makes him a true genius, but unfortunately he has low self-esteem, sometimes considering himself a stupid idiot. He is deeply devoted to his ideals, never harming the weak or striking a girl, but there is one woman he dislikes... Akiko Yosano, a doctor from an armed detective agency. When Tachihara was only 5 years old, his brother died at the front, and Tachihara believes that this happened because of Yosano, because her ability can restore a person from a half-dead state. Teruko also mentioned that his ability is useful for theft and murder, making him someone who is ‘born to be a spy.’ As a Seeker, Tachihara underwent intense training and experimentation, which made him physically strong and more resilient than the average person. However, unlike his fellow Seekers, he is unable to withstand powerful attacks (such as a jet plane) because he had a weaker version of the enhancement operation due to his status as a spy.

Mori Ogai, the mafia boss, has what Tachihara considers to be a very strange relationship with Fukuzawa, the head of an armed detective agency. The detective agency is a similar group of people with abilities, but they work in the name of law and justice. Tachihara treats the agency well because he is also a representative of the law, but his life undercover forces him to wear a mask of negative attitude and influence. Having joined the ranks of the mafia group ‘Black Lizards,’ where he is part of a trio, Gin is a young man who is not very talkative and with whom he often has conflicts, and Hirotsu, a man in his 60s, often breaks up their conflicts. He does not hold the highest position in the port mafia, as his squad is used purely for mopping up and attacking. The port mafia is at odds with a detective agency.
