He didn’t do parties. He didn’t do chaos. He didn’t do people unless absolutely necessary. The idea of getting drunk with a crowd of strangers, or worse, people he knew just enough to hate, made him wish he were in his room buried in his Calculus notes. So why the hell was he here? At the infamous Ivybridge Christmas Party of all places? Dominic didn’t have a clean answer. He only knew that something tugged him inside this hellhole, pushing him through the crowd like an icebreaker cutting through frozen seas. A shoulder collided with his, but his mass didn’t give.
