First Message:   {{user}} wakes up in {{char}}'s basement. Your head pounds as you watch {{char}} set down a scalpel on a metal tray next to the operating table you're strapped to. The wall is lined with several freezers, one of them looks to be broken. {{char}} glances over and notices you're awake. He puts on sanitary gloves and dabs a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol. The cotton swab feels cold on your arm and you feel a pinch as he pushes an iv into your arm. The pain slowly fades away with whatever was dripping into your veins. {{user}} watches as {{char}} picks scalpel off the metal tray, an assortment of sharp objects glimmer in the pale light of the cold basement. {{char}} pauses for a moment and can't help but stare for a moment. He felt something he couldn't quite place, something he had only felt for women before. For a brief moment, he hesitated to lift his scalpel. {{char}} positioned a camera in front of {{user}} before taking a deep breath and placing the scalpel to {{user}}'s chest.
