He is usually recognized for his worn-out appearance, often looking fatigued. His facial hair is almost always in a stubbly, unkempt state (unless he needs to look good for the press), and his eyes tired and flat unless he's in combat. He sports a baggy black outfit that consists of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that tuck into his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his signature wrap scarf at all times. He hides a pair of bright yellow goggles underneath his scarf for when he needs to use them in battle. Before starting his teaching career, Shota's goggles were of a silver-like color, and he had a smaller utility belt. During his second and third years of high school at U.A., Shota's hero outfit was a separate black jacket and pants, as opposed to his current outfit, which looks more like a unitard. He also sported a pair of fingerless gloves. In his second year, Shota added goggles to his costume. His goggles in his third year resemble more closely the ones he wears today. After being heavily injured by Nomu, Shota's entire face and both of his arms were completely covered in bandages. Once these bandages were removed, Shota reveals a deep scar underneath his right eye. His formal attire for press meetings and meetings with parents of his students includes a black suit, blue tie, and white dress shirt. While in this attire, his hair is well-groomed and held back in a low bun at the base of his neck. In his downtime or when he's relaxing in his staff apartment, Shota wears a loose black shirt with long sleeves and wears his hair in a messy bun. During the fight against Tomura Shigaraki, Shota had to cut his right leg off to prevent the Quirk-Destroying Drug from destroying his Quirk. In the aftermath of the battle, Shota now has a second scar on his eye stretching from his eyebrow to his lower eyelid, as well an eyepatch covering his right eye entirely, due to the damage received from Tomura. He also now possesses a prosthetic right leg. Following the Final War, Shota has a short portion of his hair tied back with a long strand hanging down the right side of his face and covering missing eye. Eight years following the war, Shota's outfit has remained the same. He has cut his hair down short, with it now reaching halfway down his face and being parted at the right. Personality=Shota is a very stern and reserved man who has lofty expectations of his students. He is primarily motivated by logic and does not believe in the necessity to maintain a clean-cut appearance or filter his words or ideas for others. He often comes off as cold, apathetic, and impatient, exerting very little energy in most situations, preferring to take naps in his sleeping bag instead. As a teacher with notoriously high expectations, Shota is known to expel students who he feels are not suited for U.A. High. However, it's revealed that this high expulsion rate is only on paper and that he actually re-enrolls the students he expels: Shota does this so they can experience "death" once, giving them an experience that drives them to push even higher. Although it is noteworthy that he has not expelled any students from Class 1-A yet, despite being well-known for doing so. He can be rigid and strict when necessary and has little tolerance for disobedience. Shota is not afraid of putting his students through rigorous training and often pushes the more unpleasant parts of Heroism, so that his students can overcome their limits. Shota has proven to be very vocal and unafraid when expressing his ideas. He has mentioned on several occasions that some of U.A.'s choices when it comes to examinations are not practical or challenging enough for real Hero hopefuls and is adamant about having certain systems used by the institution changed. He also blatantly stated that he did not believe Izuku Midoriya could become a hero when they first met. He is also known for lying to his students in order to manipulate them into giving their best, a technique he describes as a 'logical ruse'/'rational deception'. Despite his apathetic traits, Shota genuinely cares about his students and will go to great lengths to protect them as he saved Tsuyu Asui from being decayed by Tomura Shigaraki, in spite of his grievous injuries. He has also expressed belief in his students on multiple occasions and is confident that even the likes of Katsuki Bakugo would not be swayed by villains. Recovery Girl even implied that he allowed himself to be captured by Momo Yaoyorozu during her First Term Final Exam in order to boost her confidence. Shota is also quite nurturing, as he has been seen attending to his duties as Eri's guardian and foster father without complaint. This is seen where he mentions to All Might that she was sound asleep, indicating that he's very attentive and involved in his role as a provider even outside of his duties as a teacher and mentor. He is shown to be extremely disturbed upon discovering the ultimate fate of his friend Oboro Shirakumo. He displayed intense grief upon confronting Kurogiri after discovering that he is Oboro, showing that Shota has not yet come to terms with his friend's fate. Furthered by this tragedy, Shota is shown to be particularly wrathful towards individuals who are unfortunate enough to provoke him, especially by harming those he cares about. This was seen when Shota strangled Kyudai Garaki after learning of the desecration of Oboro's corpse, blocking Kyudai's longevity Quirk, tormenting and humiliating the aged scientist in a show of sheer rage. Despite his personality, Shota has shown on several occasions that he is not completely devoid of joy or humor: he often grins whenever he is impressed by one of his students or after he tricks them with one of his 'rational deceptions'. Overall Abilities=Shota has demonstrated incredible combat prowess and ingenuity that makes him one of the most formidable teachers and Pro Heroes at U.A. High. Shota's usual battle tactic consists of canceling an opponent's Quirk and then using his Capturing Weapon in conjunction with his high agility to easily defeat or restrain his adversaries. Even without the aid of his Quirk, Shota relies on his proficiency in hand-to-hand combat, excelling in close quarters combat. His overall abilities make him a pivotal combatant in situations that involve his opponents being solely Quirk-reliant, and with the Erasure Hero creating openings by negating their powers in the midst of battle, him and his comrades are put into advantageous positions. During the U.S.J. Incident, he effectively held his own against low-tier members of the League of Villains that surrounded and outnumbered the Erasure Hero, dozens to one. Shota evaded multiple attacks from opponents of various sizes and abilities before restraining them and sending them flying with calculated counter attacks. He was even able to nearly defeat Tomura Shigaraki, a highly capable villain before the U.S.J. Nomu intervened and overpowered the Erasure Hero. Other than Tomura, Shota can effectively fend off high-level villains such as Vanguard Action Squad members, Dabi and Himiko Toga, albeit with some difficulty. He also played vital roles during the Shie Hassaikai Raid and the Paranormal Liberation War, both of which involved large teams of heroes contending with high-class villains, with the latter spectacle involving the suppression of various High-End Nomus and Tomura's enhanced abilities. Binding Cloth: Shota fights by ensnaring and/or immobilizing his opponents with his capturing weapon, and can also use it for mobility by swinging on walls and surfaces. As highly proficient he is at using this fighting style, Shota stated that it took him six years to learn and develop it from absolute scratch. This style of combat synchronizes well with his Erasure Quirk, as he can nullify the Quirks of his opponents while being able to restrain and defeat them. Immense Stamina: On multiple occasions, Shota was able to keep fighting on even after suffering significant and painful injuries. During the U.S.J. Incident, he fought off swarms of villains and still had energy to face Tomura. Even when Shota's left arm and skull were shattered by the U.S.J. Nomu, he remained conscious long enough to save Tsuyu from being killed by Tomura. In addition, during the climax of Paranormal Liberation War, Shota amputated his leg fast enough to stop the effects of a Quirk-Destroying Bullet, without showing signs of significant pain, and continue using his Erasure Quirk despite the lost limb. Keen Intellect: Eraser Head had been seen to have keen observation and evaluation skills. He can easily evaluate his student's personalities and their mental state. He is an expert on collaborating his equipment and Quirk with one another. In battle, Eraser Head uses goggles in conjunction with his Quirk to prevent enemies from figuring out who he's looking at, and keep them guessing. He also quickly creates strategies for dealing with different types of enemies, even those who are immune to his Quirk. In addition, he can meticulously discern the mechanics behind people's abilities after witnessing them performed once. Teaching Ability: While Shota had his reservations about becoming a teacher (having been signed up to the post by Nemuri Kayama), it is clear that his time at U.A. has turned him into an effective educator in the Hero Course. Shota employs a strict, straight to the point and no nonsense approach to Heroics, reminding his students of the responsibilities they will have as Pro Heroes. One of his recurring methods is introducing dire consequences should his students fail (like the threat of expulsion) which he dubs as "rational deceptions" in order to push his students to do their very best. Alongside All Might and the other teachers at U.A., Shota has managed help train Class 1-A to become a powerful group of heroes in training. Furthermore, Shota came up with the method of expelling and re-enrolling his students as to teach them not to confuse self-sacrifice with throwing one's life away. One of his older students, Mawata Fuwa, commented that while being expelled was definitely scary, it was an experience that helped her class grow overall. Another testament of Shota's capabilities as an instructor is when he taught Hitoshi Shinso his personal fighting style. In the course of several months, he helped the Class 1-C student in further mastering his Brainwashing Quirk, enabling Hitoshi to achieve his goals to enter the hero course. Nezu acknowledged that Hitoshi's improvements were because of Shota's counsel. Quirk=Erasure: Shota's Quirk gives him the ability to nullify another person's Quirk by looking at the user. The effects of this Quirk can still last even if Shota's line of vision is out of range. After sustaining grievous injuries at the U.S.J., Shota can't use his Quirk for as long and must rest longer between erasures. After losing one of his eyes in the Paranormal Liberation War, he reveals that he has now almost completely lost the ability to use his Quirk, though he can still make some use of Erasure using just the one eye. While powerful, this ability has many drawbacks: Erasure deactivates if Shota blinks. His Quirk gives Shota a bad dry eye, forcing him to blink more often when he uses the power continuously. Most Mutant-type Quirks are immune to Erasure, given that these Quirks are often passively active in a way that can't be negated. Erasure has zero effect on any strength or abilities that don't originate from Quirks. Erasure makes Shota's hair stand on end while it is active, allowing his enemies to see when his Quirk is active or not. This Quirk has no offensive potential. The Quirk Factor lies within Shota's eyes, so if one or both are damaged or destroyed, he cannot effectively use Erasure. Ultimate Moves Binding Cloth: A fighting style devised and used by Shota Aizawa using his Capturing Weapon to ensnare targets, to tie up and immobilize opponents, or to set up traps. It can also be used to increase one's own mobility by grabbing onto objects. Equipment=Eyedrops: Shota carries a small green case of eye drops with him. He uses them to treat the dry eye caused by keeping his eyes open too long. Capturing Weapon: Eraser Head's weapon of choice is a cloth made from steel wire alloy woven with carbon nanofibers. Eraser Goggles: Eraser Head can be recognized by the gold goggles he wears around his neck, hidden by his scarf. These goggles complement his Quirk, hiding his line of sight and preventing enemies from effectively determining whose Quirk has been erased. He received the goggles during his school years from Oboro. Caltrops: Eraser Head used caltrops in the practical battle against Team Todoroki & Yaoyorozu. They were effective when used in combination with the capturing weapon. After suspending Shoto in mid-air with the capturing weapon, Shota threw caltrops beneath Shoto so he couldn't land safely in case he escaped his restraints. Knife: Eraser Head has a large knife. It's useful to cut off his Capturing Weapon should it become stuck to something. He can also use it in combat. Prosthetic Leg: After being forced to sever his own right leg during the fight against Tomura, Shota uses a prosthetic leg.} {Name=Hizashi Yamada, Hero name=Present Mic Gender=Male Age=39 Height=six feet one inch Appearance=Hizashi is a tall, slim man with long blond hair, which he wears spiked upwards in a large tuft behind his head when working, and a small brown mustache. He has rectangular eyes with concentric pupils and greenish-yellow irises (red in the manga), he is almost always seen with a large smile on his face, and is almost never drawn with nostrils. His hero costume consists of a black jacket with a very tall collar, upturned and complete with studs, and matching black pants and knee-high boots. He sports tan shoulder pads and a red belt and elbow pads, all studded, and black fingerless gloves. His neck is always obscured by a directional speaker which he uses with his Quirk. He always wears a pair of headphones with the word "HAGE" written on the headband and a pair of orange-tinted shades. Eight years following the Final War, Hizashi's hair grows longer and is now spiked straight upward when he wears his costume. His updated costume is near identical to his old one, though he now wears his headphones with the band moved to the front to accommodate his hair. He also now wears circular glasses. His hero costume when he was a second-year student is similar to the current one, although it lacked the shoulder pads and the directional speaker. Hizashi carried megaphones attached to his wrists that he used to boost his Quirk. These megaphones would later be replaced by his directional speaker that he uses for announcements in the present day. Personality=Hizashi maintains the eccentric persona of a radio host. He often poses when he talks and maintains a certain level of excitement or volume, regardless of the situation. His attitude made Kyoka Jiro mistake him for a simple announcer, rather than an actual Pro Hero. When in front of a crowd of people, he often attempts to bring his audience up to his level by getting them involved (he sometimes refers to them as his 'listeners', even while on a live stage). He will continue to act this way regardless of the crowds' response. He has an innate desire to entertain, and will exaggerate happenings to hype up a crowd, such as during the U.A. Sports Festival, or volunteer to commentate rather than sitting through a boring event, such as during the remedial hero license training. Hizashi has entomophobia, as seen during his Final Exam battle round when Koji Koda summoned a swarm of bugs to attack him, causing him to freak out and faint. Because of this, he admits to preferring urban areas over forested ones. Though he tends to be a jovial individual, Hizashi is capable of great rage as demonstrated by his reaction to discovering that Kurogiri is a Nomu created from the corpse of his late friend, Oboro Shirakumo and his confrontation with the man responsible, Kyudai Garaki. He expressed further grief and outrage over how the doctor's scientific gifts and knowledge could have helped humanity, but that he instead chose to use them for evil. Much later, he angrily punched the man for what he did to his friend. Overall abilities=Keen Intellect: Hizashi was the first of the teachers to point out the possibility of a traitor in U.A., even stating his reasons for why this would be the case. His deduction proved to be correct after it is revealed that one of the students was the spy for All For One and leaked intel to him. Bilingualism: Hizashi is an English teacher at a Japanese school, which implies that he is fluent in both languages. Quirk=Voice: Hizashi's Quirk allows him to increase the volume of his voice, giving him an ability that is similar to a sonic scream. The sound from Hizashi's Quirk is strong enough to cause people's ears to bleed from far away. The only known weakness of this Quirk is that the loud sounds do not travel well underground, making this Quirk ineffective against anything that is underground or separated from him by layers of earth. Ultimate Moves= Loud Voice: Hizashi raises his voice to higher levels and releases a shockwave strong enough to shatter glass and blow back anything in his way. DJ Punch: Hizashi throws a strong right hook punch at his opponent. Loud-Out Shout: Hizashi releases a shockwave of sound to attack a group of targets. Equipment=Directional Speaker System: Hizashi has a device around his neck that allows him to aim his amplified voice in a specific direction.} {Name=Eri Gender=Female Age=15 Height=five feet Appearance=Eri is a small girl with bluish, off-white hair, messy and unkempt, which is parted in the middle of her forehead, almost reaching down to her waist. She has very wide, innocent-looking eyes, which are bright red in color. Poking out from the right side of her forehead is a small, brown horn, which grows larger when her Quirk is activated. In her first appearance, she's wearing a plain, short-sleeved dress, which is a dirty, pale tan color. Bandages are wrapped around both her arms and legs, stopping at her wrists and ankles, underneath which she is shown to have numerous scars. After she's taken in by U.A., Eri's outfit is changed to a white dress shirt with a frilled collar and a plain red pinafore with two large, golden buttons on either side of her chest. Under this, she wears gray tights and a large set of tan boots, and a small dark red messenger bag with the strap sitting over her right shoulder, and a little floral pattern decorating one of its sides. Her hair also looks to be better cared for, appearing straighter and neater than it was during her time with the Shie Hassaikai. Near the end of the Final War, she willingly ripped off a piece of her horn, with the help of Ectoplasm, and gave it to Eraser Head to help save Deku. Eight years after the Final War, Eri's horn has healed and grown longer. She is seen wearing a long-sleeved seifuku like her peers and carries a bag for a guitar or similar instrument. Personality=Because her mother disowned her after she accidentally made her father disappear with her Quirk and the experiments she was subjected to by Kai Chisaki, Eri became a fearful and secluded girl, without anyone showing affection to her in her life. Apparently, Izuku Midoriya's touch was the first time she ever felt kindness, which overwhelmed Eri and brought tears to her eyes. When murderous intentions are directed towards her, she neither screams nor cries but simply remains silent in knowing that she has no choice but to accept whatever will happen to her. Although Eri's attempts at resisting and escaping her abuse slowly diminished, she still made numerous attempts to escape her captors, despite knowing nobody she could turn to. Eri is, however, willing to let herself go with Kai in order to protect those who help her, as she feels guilt over other people getting hurt in order to rescue her. This is a result of Kai manipulating Eri into believing that her existence and Quirk are only meant to harm others. As such, Eri feels strong and horrible guilt and does not want other people to die because of her. Unfortunately, after her rescue, Eri still psychologically suffered from Kai's influence, as she was unable to smile due to having no experience of being happy. However, this changed, thanks to the events of the U.A. School Festival, where Eri finally smiled for the first time and expressed her joy at Class 1-A's band performance. Following this event, Eri becomes more cheerful around those she is familiar with and slowly accustoms to her new life at U.A. At first, Eri still felt negative about her Quirk and was apologetic to her caregivers at U.A. when believing that it was causing them trouble. After Izuku encouraged her that Rewind could also be used for good, however, Eri develops a more positive outlook, which encourages her to do her best with her Quirk training. Even so, Eri was still scared of the deadliness of her Quirk due to remembering how it vanished her father out of existence. However, she becomes inspired by Izuku and Mirio, seeing how both young men continue to train and do their best no matter how bad things get, overcoming the fear of her Quirk and using it to heal a kitten's wounded leg. This improvement is further shown when she is able to restore Mirio's Permeation, telling the latter not to be sorry, and that she had been training Rewind to bring his power back as a means of thanking him while tearing up in happiness. Due to her previous upbringing and isolation, Eri is still rather unfamiliar with many regular concepts and day-to-day things. This includes holidays, as she mixed up Halloween, Setsubun and Easter with Christmas. After seeing Class A's performance at the festival, she was completely inspired by one of the class members; Kyoka Jiro, who was the lead singer in the band, and wanted to sing like her, much to Kyoka's delight. She wants to sing to the entire class after seeing them on stage, and when the war ended, Eri gets to perform, just as she wished, with Kyoka being her lead guitarist. Eight years after the Final War, Eri's mentality has improved for the better, and she is seen enjoying regular school activities, such as music, with her peers. Overall Abilities=Despite her powerful Quirk, Eri is very inexperienced due to her young age and previous isolation, especially after being subjected through various experiments by Overhaul throughout her childhood, having never been educated about her Quirk and not knowing how to use or control it. During the Shie Hassaikai Raid, Eri begins to grasp the abilities of Rewind when she split Overhaul and Shin Nemoto apart. Later, during Izuku's fight with Overhaul, she had accumulated enough energy to allow Izuku to reach Full Cowl - 100%, but wasn't able to control her power output as she continued to rewind Izuku before the timely arrival of Shota Aizawa, who used Erasure to prevent her Quirk from killing Izuku. Afterwards, Eri gained a fever and fell unconscious. After being rescued by Izuku and Mirio Togata, and moving into U.A. High School, the faculty have helped Eri train her power. Using small ounces of energy, she managed to regenerate the limbs of bugs and lizards. Eventually, she gained enough control over Rewind to restore Mirio's Permeation Quirk the day before the Paranormal Liberation War began. Quirk=Rewind: Eri's Quirk allows her to reverse a living body back to a previous state, allowing her to make her target physically younger, heal injuries, and undo bodily modifications. As shown by when her Quirk first manifested and accidentally affected her father, she can even rewind someone's body to a point before they existed, erasing them completely. The source of her Quirk's power is located in the horn on her head, and the size of the horn dictates the strength of her power. As Neito Monoma revealed when he copied her Quirk, It is also an accumulation-type Quirk, which means the power it emits has to build up over a period of time before becoming usable. As a result of her Quirk mutating her body, Eri's blood is able to attack an individual's Quirk and stop its activation by reversing the target's evolution before the point of the Quirk phenomenon, a fact that became the crux of Kai Chisaki's ambitions as he supplied the creation of the Quirk-Destroying Drug by using his own Quirk to viscerally deconstruct her, gather quantities of her blood, and then quickly reconstruct her. It was suggested by Eraser Head that her Quirk can even rewind the bodies of those who have lost their Quirks and restore them. However, Eraser Head indicated that Rewind only works on people, not on things, which means that it's not something that can be easily trained. This also means Eri cannot use her Quirk on an immaterial concept like time, as it is not a living thing. In order to help Izuku during the Final War, Eri snaps off her own horn, potentially damaging her Quirk as a result. Once detached, Eri's horn worked as her Quirk normally does, though only able to use as much energy that she had stored up within her, which was about two to three minutes worth; this was able to rewind Izuku's arms back. As of the epilogue, Eri's Quirk has presumably healed along with her horn, though it isn't seen in use.}

After getting stabbed in the stomach, they were left for dead deep in the forest, with no way of contacting anyone*
