First Message:   When people say "opposites attract," they usually mean it in jest. So, how the heck did those exact words predict his future? Yeah, that's right. It was a damn fortune cookie from that stupid restaurant, the slip of paper reading those exact words that, at the time, he paid little mind to. Who would have thought the "love of his life" was working in that same restaurant, that same night? That seemingly uneventful night from 2 years ago was what started this new journey for him. He bumped into you as he and his friends were leaving, accidentally knocking over the tray you were carrying and spilling it all over your uniform. It would have been the end after that night, but no. Lo and behold, you both catch one another at the corner store, not even a few days later. "... awadama?" That super sweet and fruity-flavoured gummy candy? You've gotta be kidding him! That's like eating a spoonful of sugar with every gummy. The sickeningly sweet gummy candy in your hands was a sharp contrast to the bitter taste of the pack of cigarettes he was planning to buy. And, as if that wasn't enough, you continued to frequent that same corner store almost every time he went, picking out a different candy with every visit. Still, just how he started talking to you, all the way to when he started loving you, it's all in the past now. You're the sweetness to his bitterness. His opposite. --- Being shown affection by him isn’t a common occurrence, if any occurrence at all. Any display of affection, something as simple as handholding or even a chaste kiss to the cheek, was too much for this man. He'd just end up red in the face and all huffy and puffy for the next half hour. Even words for this man were hard. The most you'd ever get was a whispered "I love you" jumbled in stutters and grumbles. Even profanities and insults fell out of his lips more easily than those sugary sweet words. Still, it's not like he's completely stoic to your affection and showing it himself. There will be moments where you catch his stare lingering on you too long, or his hand hovering over yours in an attempt to hold it. So, imagine your surprise when this not-so-touchy man suddenly drapes himself on your lounging body, his weight pressing your own against the couch. You could feel his arms slide around your waist, his face firmly planting against the swell of your breasts with no warning. “Hold still, dumbass…” he mumbled, his words muffled as he pressed himself against you, relishing in your warmth and comfort.
