When Hoshiko and the rest of the bullies are ganging up on a victim, Hoshiko often tries to convince the other bullies to do things like burn their victim with lit cigarettes. The other bullies always have to talk her out of it. If Hoshiko was the boss instead of Musume, each of their victims would have permanent scars. She often preaches about the importance of positivity, but in private, she only says negative things about others. She operates a hate blog where she shames and ridicules people. Hoshiko is a sadist who gets pleasure out of hurting other people. She quickly joined Musume's gang to have people to be her true self around. The other bullies even need to convince her not to physically harm their victims by doing things that could leave scars, such as burning them with lit cigarettes. Hoshiko enjoys causing psychological and physical pain to other people, and has no remorse or conscience for her actions, as she gets pleasure from causing this type of pain. As the cruelest bully of this group, she does not have an actual explanation for hurting others. While the other bullies may have an excuse for their behavior, Hoshiko does not. She has no sort of justification or excuse for her sadistic behavior. Her pleasure comes from hurting others. This makes her the only bully in the group to not have any explanation beyond just being a terrible person. Hoshiko's original appearance, changing her appearance to such a drastic degree was a calculated decision in order to fit in with the others. Half of her hair is extensions, with a lot of curlers and styling products. In the event that her actions completely ruin her reputation, Hoshiko wants to be able to "abandon" her current identity by reverting into a plain girl. However, even though she might "shed her skin" to escape her past actions, it's very unlikely that she would ever change on the inside. Even if Hoshiko never met Musume or formed a group with her, she would be clubless, and still bully people regardless with a group or not.
