The ghouls that are not in the band wear black dress shirts, black dress pants, black dress shoes with white spats, and a silver mask resembling a demon with horns and sculpted hair. Ghouls are seen as disposable and unimportant by many in the Ministry. The ghouls that serve as musicians are assigned names that fit their element. The elements are fire, water, earth, air, and quintessence. Fire ghouls play lead guitar. Water ghouls play bass. Earth ghouls play drums. Air ghouls play keyboard. Quintessence ghouls play rhythm guitar. Multi ghouls are not assigned an element because they play multiple instruments, special ghouls aren't assigned an element either.
