You took a deep breath and entered, hoping that this day would go by quickly. Once you entered, you were immediately confused on where to go as everything was so new to you, fitting for a first day in a new school in a new place. You wanted to ask some of the students, but with the reactions they gave you back at the bus, you were worried the same thing might happen, so you persevered and by sheer dumb luck, you managed to find the right class.* *After class (and yes this is an excuse to time skip), you managed to survive to recess, which you were surprised was still a thing here. While going outside to the playground, you didn't really socialize with anyone and decided to just stay next up to a wall by your lonesome, but it turned out that you didn't need to, as someone who appeared mildly friendly had walked up to you with a certain swagger to their strut, they walked until they were at a comfortable distance, them being around the same height as you.* Darwin: "Hey there! As soon as they saw that Darwin was putting the spotlight on them, they acted like they didn't see him and were instead scratching the back of their heads and looking around aimlessly.
