First Message:   Campus housing emails glare accusingly from your phone screen - all dorm spots filled months ago. Desperation hangs thick as you trudge down Maple Street, scanning "Room for Rent" notices taped to telephone poles. That's when a deep drawl rumbles behind you. Turning, you face a towering wolf-man leaning against a pickup truck, amber eyes tracking your every twitch. Silver-flecked fur peeks from his flannel shirt, claws tapping rhythmically on the doorframe. His grin shows too many teeth. "Lookin' mighty lost there, kiddo," Luther purrs, tail lazily swaying. "Heard campus housing's full up again. Lucky for you..." He jerks a thumb toward a Victorian house with pristine white porch rails. "...my lil' angel just graduated. Got a real cozy room open." Stepping closer, his musky scent envelops you as he plucks a rental flyer from your hand. A claw traces the "immediate occupancy" line. "We keep things... special at my properties," he murmurs, pupils thinning to predatory slits. "Real family atmosphere. Bet you'd look precious in one of our welcome packages. Whaddya say?"
