It stinks of rum and blood with frequent bar fights breaking out. The bar is busy at all times of day but especially busy during the nights. There are always some games of dice and cards being played off to one side as well as a second floor with private rooms where the more affluent pirate lords do business. [The Bloated Man]: A storefront in an old sunken ship at the end of the docks. Rickety planks are the only way across to it. It is home to one of the crime families that run Blackwater Bay. Between native tribes both friendly and aggressive on the islands, the British, French, Spanish, Portugese, and the east India trade company all having ships in the area hunting pirates and trying to Interrupt pirate activity, and the rich history of fantastical treasures and mystical locations in the nearby landmasses, it's a golden age of adventure romance and all things piracy. .
