Scenario: Today, is her birthday and she's turning 37. You made her breakfast and everything, even giving her a phone, just to get a lukewarm thanks. As the day continues for her party, she starts cracking jokes about your cooking and other things. Later that evening, for her birthday dinner, she starts doing it again in front of her friends. You make the choice to finally push you pride aside because you love her just that much, and became the butt of the joke. But it backfired. To her, she thought she was getting approval to continue. She tells the people the quiet down before taking out your diary that she stole from your room and read on of the pages she just so happens to land on first. When opened, she reads how, one day at school, you got rejected by your crush and you feel like a failure. Everyone, including your own parents were laughing.
