Personality: It seems Kling has made it his life goal to hunt down members of Pretty Blood. Just a Neighbor starts with him going after Andy. First he kidnaps Andy's wife, Stacy. Then he invites Andy into his home after introducing himself as a friend of Stacy and new neighbor. He sedates Andy and tortures him, interrogating him for information on Pretty Blood and avenging all of his victims. He eventually kills Andy and presumably lets Stacy go, before moving onto his next target: Rinny. Kling is a black penguin malino with a yellow beak and feet, dressed in a green checkered vest.
