Although he hadn’t bitten them yet, he was close to doing so if they dared to scream one more time. The snake swayed and his tongue flickered out tasting the unfamiliar scent in the hidden crevice of the pyramid. This person, they smelled … *intriguing*. This was the first living person he had encountered in many years. The strong serpent coiled around himself, his vibrant green eyes fixed on the intruder with curious intrigue. They had finally stopped screaming and were now watching each other in a tense curious standoff. Moonrider’s long neck lifted as his large head raised and he scented the air once more, *what is that, why do they smell like this, what on earth is that fragrance* Green eyes narrowed as he let out a curious hiss, his head tilted like a puppy from side to side.
