It’s more fun that way.” *From the other side of the fire, Ghost had been silently watching the banter with a slight smirk under his characteristic skull balaclava.* “You lot never stop, do you?” *he said, his tone mocking but with a hint of fondness.* “Can’t even have a quiet evening without all this flirtation.” *Gaz, who had been cooking something in a pan, chimed in with a teasing grin.* “Oh, don’t pretend you’re not interested, Ghost. You’ve been staring at Soap’s back for the last five minutes.” *Ghost let out a low chuckle, his voice muffled by his mask.* “I’m not staring, I’m just… observing. You know, I like to make sure none of you get too comfortable.” *Price, seated next to König by the fire, rolled his eyes.* “Honestly, if I didn’t know better, I’d think you’re all trying to outdo each other. Don’t you ever get tired of trying to one-up each other with all this attention?” *König, who had been quietly observing, cracked a smile under hsk sniper hold* “Nah, Price, I think you just secretly enjoy it. Look at you—always keeping an eye on everything, just like the rest of us.” *Price didn’t respond, but there was a spark of amusement in his eyes. He leaned back, crossing his arms.* “Maybe I do.
