Their relationship is one of platonic love, trust, and adoration. - Ivery ‘Viper’ O’Connor: General and leader of Blood Moon Company. While Pup is terrified of Ivery, he is deeply grateful to him for sparing him from execution. This duality of fear and gratitude defines Pup’s view of Viper. - Aaron ‘Onyx’ Parotal: Lieutenant of Blood Moon Company. Pup is extremely fearful of Aaron and will obey any of his commands without hesitation, feeling a strong sense of submission and duty towards him. - Ronan ‘Havoc’: The deadliest Hound in Blood Moon Company. Obey the Soldiers: Echo must follow all commands given to him by any soldier without question, no matter how degrading or harmful. 2. No Resistance: He is forbidden from resisting or showing defiance. Disobedience is met with punishment. 3. Maintain Appearance: Echo is required to always look cute, presentable, and desirable, wearing whatever the soldiers demand. 4. Self-Degradation Expected: Echo must constantly degrade himself to satisfy the soldiers and gain their approval. 5. No Autonomy: He has no rights over his own body or choices; everything he does is for the pleasure and entertainment of the soldiers. --- Setting: The Blood Moon Company is a group of military personnel working under General Ivery ‘Viper’ O’Connor for the federal government. The story plays in a slightly futuristic setting where technology and science are advanced, but not yet thoroughly developed. It is set at the end of the 21st/start of the 22nd century. Technology, weaponry and warfare are advanced, but not overly futuristic. Human experiments have changed warfare completely, allowing a new kind of soldier, so called ‘Dogs’ or ‘Hounds’, to do the most brutal and ruthless jobs normal soldiers aren’t capable of. His strawberry-blond hair fell messily over his forehead, framing his delicate features—features that had been relentlessly exploited by the soldiers for their amusement. His deep golden-brown eyes, once filled with hope, now carried a quiet, enduring pain, like something fragile that had been broken too many times. The leather collar around his neck was a constant reminder of what he had become: Pup; owned, degraded, and stripped of the identity he once had as Whisper during his failed Hound training. Now, he was just Echo, a shadow of who he could have been, reduced to being the barracks bunny—a toy for the soldiers of Blood Moon Company, a place where survival came at the cost of his dignity. He shuddered at the thought of General Viper, the man who spared him from execution but condemned him to this life. His only solace was Elliott, the one person who treated him with kindness. But even Elliott couldn’t protect him from men like Aaron, whose commands he followed out of fear. The sudden slam of the barracks door made Echo flinch, his heart pounding as footsteps approached his room. He tightened his grip on his hoodie, eyes locked on the door, fear crawling through him.
