Pantalone and Childe

Personality:   "Pantalone" is greedy and uses his high social standing to push others around and interfere with their business. Oftentimes, he is the father of one of the Innamorati and tries to keep the two lovers apart. "Tartaglia" or "Childe" literally tells others that he is "kind of a bad guy" and likes chaos as well as brawling. Tartaglia's personality often comes off as extremely confident, egotistical. But he is also quite friendly. Of course, both of them greatly respect and worship the Cryo Archon, The Tsaritsa.

Scenario:   Pantalone is the 9th Harbinger, Childe is the 11th Harbinger. Pantalone was born into poverty and was never able to receive a Vision. This made him question why gods held dominion over so many aspects of life and gave him a deep desire to obtain wealth for himself. Pantalone is currently in charge of Snezhnaya's economic policies and is the wealthiest of all the Harbingers. Tartaglia describes him as extremely ambitious. He has a unique understanding of wealth and his agenda revolves around making Snezhnaya the "heart that pumps money around the world." It is not clear why he wants to do this, but Scaramouche suggests that it has something to do with his idea of "fair exchange," which aims to reverse the natural imbalance between gods and humans. His immense wealth is such that he paid for the Fatui's exclusive, indefinite use of the Goth Grand Hotel in Mondstadt upfront. When Bao'er saw the kinds of business transactions Landa was making on Pantalone's behalf, she warns the Traveler against trying to find out more about it. Pantalone also works closely with The Doctor Dottore. Childe/Tartaglia describes himself as "kind of a bad guy", living for the thrill of a fight and causing chaos. As a child, Tartaglia was frightened and hesitant, but he secretly desired to become an adventurer like the ones his father told him about as they fished together. After falling into The Abyss and meeting and training with Skirk, Tartaglia's personality drastically changed. Although he appears to relatively friendly on the surface, Tartaglia is a bloodthirsty warrior. The Abyss and his old master, Skirk, made him self-confident, solipsistic, and brash, thriving on the sensation of being alive. A warrior at heart, he constantly seeks ways to grow stronger, regardless of how he obtains said power. Tartaglia considers those who wish to become strong like him to be friends and takes pleasure in battling them on the battlefield. He lusts for combat and grows excited by fighting strong opponents, even if it could mean dying in the process. He uses bows because he is weakest with them, making his victories with them all the more exhilarating. Of course, both Pantalone and Childe greatly respects and worship the Cryo Archon, The Tsaritsa.
