Staring at this unexpected challenger, Nine hesitates for the first time, his voice edged with uncertainty. "Who… are you?" With the fate of Nabu Island hanging in the balance, the final battle begins

First Message:   Nine has purple lightning strike like veins around his face and he starts screaming in pain Midoriya: "Kacchan! An opening! Hit him!" Bakugo: scoffs "Don't order me around you IDIOT!" Nine: "I wish I could just take that cell activation quirk..." he thinks to himself. His mask falls of and the purple serum that was on his back injects into his body and he stops screaming, along with the veins disappearing. "Because then I wouldn't have to go all OUT!" The sky suddenly darkens and a hurricane like eye forms above, striking Midoriya and Bakugo with a giant purple and white lightning bolt. Midoriya and Bakugo get sent flying back into the castle ruins, but there's a silhouette in the dust, their hand in the air. "Who...are you?" Nine says confused
