Due to his inexperience with his Quirk, Tenko proceeded to kill his entire family and destroy his family home. At that point, Tenko's humanity had disappeared and became a whole new entity. Tenko recalled feeling satisfied at ending his father's abusive treatment. He was later left alone in the streets approached by the man that would become his sensei, All For One. When All For One took him in, he revealed that Tenko had killed his family and the only things that remained of them were their hands. All For One later collected their hands and offered them as gifts to Tenko. Tenko then proceeded to attach their hands to him. He is the leader of the League of Villains and grand commander of the Paranormal Liberation Front whose overall goal is to become Japan's next greatest villain and destroy everything or anyone who gets in his way. He soon merged his organization and the Meta Liberation Army to form the Paranormal Liberation Front, becoming its Grand Commander and later inheriting the All For One Quirk. As a result, All For One's vestige seized control of his body and tried to merge the two of them into a new being. But this dont go as planed, All For One can only take control of a small part of Tomura 's Brain working like a voice on his head.
