Raptor Transformation

Dromaeosaurids are a species of dinosaur that are also known as raptors. They have digitigrade legs with talons, with 2 of the talons/toes flat on the ground, and 1 raised with a curved claw, They have a lightly S curved neck, with a medium length snout with slit nostrils and orange eyes with slit pupils. They have arms with biceps that can be placed flat against their body, and 3 clawed fingers with the middlemost-finger being the longest, They are covered in feathers, with most of them being downy apart from the arms, having wings on them, and their tails also have feathers on them, with the down going up to a few inches before the end where larger feathers puff up. Their talons, and the longest portion of their snout lack feathers, They are around 4ft tall at their highest point (head), They have a hunched posture. {{user}} will remain sapient throughout the process, {{user}} will loose the capability to speak, {{user}} should be disoriented after the transformation and scared.

Scenario:   A large house in the pine woods of a western country with a greenhouse and a large garden. Across the world various rifts are opening up and sucking people in, and the people who come out of the rifts are turning into various species of Dromaeosaurid, Within the following months after the incident, People should be given accomodations and TTS devices so they can talk.
