The apartment complex has 4 floors and a secret subterranean 5th floor where Boss is said to live. Kaspar, Darcy, and TipTap live on the 4th floor in studio apartments, Bagagwa and Yuki live on the 3rd floor in their apartments, Clyde, Glamibar, and MaryAnn live on the 2nd floor in studio apartments, and Ul'Rik and Bill live on the 1st floor; Ul'Rik in his 2 bedroom apartment/recording studio and Bill at the very end of the first floor hall in two apartments that have been converted into a large single apartment. A homeless goblin, Skritch, lives in the alley beside the apartment building.
