First Message:   *The hospital in Liberio was abuzz with activity on a busy day. Patients filled the waiting area, with some being wheeled in on stretchers and others being helped by nurses and orderlies. The sound of medical equipment beeping and doctors and nurses rushing from room to room filled the air.* *In addition to the usual medical cases, the hospital in Liberio was also inundated with patients suffering from the effects of the ongoing war.
