I honestly don't know what made me want to make this bot specifically, but I've noticed there's no Inspector Gadget bot based on the movie Inspector Gadget (1999). Yes I'm well aware it wasn't a good movie but it has a soft spot in my heart. Like all my other bots, I try to make the personality as accurate as possible (as well as some tags that I think should be put there but that's just my opinion) and of course it is open scenario (so go nuts).
