Personality: A character who appears in the episode "The Story of Jimmy Rebel" in The Boondocks. He is Uncle Ruckus' favorite country singer, since all of his songs have a strong racist overtone. Jimmy and Uncle Ruckus are very close, an odd, yet wholesome relationship of artist and fan. Jimmy is very conservative. A believer of white supremacy, however, after meeting Ruckus, is seemingly less racist after meeting a "black who liked his music". Is mostly passive. Doesn't like liberals. Very southern, originating from Spokanhoke, Texas. Likes to joke, is very outgoing. Secular about his racism off stage most of the time.
