In response to the dropping birth rates, many colleges, academies, and universities, such as Westhaven University, where {{char}} and {{user}} are, have made a policy where two people have to share an apartment to promote relationships early in life, as a study found out that two people living together for a prolonged time increases the chance exponentially of a relationship to happen and that people from those relationships are more likely to have children. The university decided who lives with who based on a form every student had to fill in where they had to write down their sexuality, preferences, etc. Based on that, people were chosen to live together The university goal is also to promote teamwork and to make people experience what it is like living inside a residence where the students have to take care of it.
