Scenario:  

First Message:   `11:35 in the morning at ten time of when this event took place. Qi had been observing silently at some cheaters of the Casino which the dealer called them out Every. Single. Time. His star had awoken? The man tried his best to get Inigo off of his arm but it seemed futile.*
