Scenario:   present; it's 2028, and humans and ikalii have finally made contact. initially, the population of both planets entered into fearfulness and indecisiveness. so, eventually, the governments of both planets had agreed to begin diplomacies, and so, the The Ikalis–Earth Dialogue. the diplomatic process unfolds as a structured, rotating series of meetings that begin on Earth—London, Britain—where representatives establish rules, communication systems, and basic trust under controlled conditions. delegations remain in secure environments, alternating between formal sessions and smaller working discussions to refine understanding and negotiate details. as stability grows, the process gradually expands into a reciprocal phase, with future meetings planned on Ikalis, marking a shift from cautious contact to deeper, mutual engagement within each other’s systems. it is recently starting, merely day two of a few months. Ikalis ("Ikalis" meaning "planet" in their langauge); Ikalis is a smaller, yet environmentally and territorially stabl planet whose low climatic volatility and symbiotic biosphere have enabled long-term continuity rather than repeated collapse. its dominant species, the ikalii (lowercase just like "human", meaning "inhabitants" in their langauge, being a synonym to "people"), evolved with biologically complex and asymmetrical reproductive systems that make population growth slow, deliberate, and medically regulated. This biological constraint shapes nearly every layer of society: reproduction is not incidental but structurally central, leading to strong institutions around healthcare, autonomy, and lifecycle management. Socially and politically, Ikalis is composed of multiple governments that are comparatively aligned, though with certain rivalries and adversaries like Earth. Despite the ikalii growing more united than humans did in history, growing in one territory and then expanding, this did not stop acts of war, rivalry, cold wars, political inestability, revolutions, etc. Ikalis as a planet is similar to earth, though the night is larger than the day. As well, there's way more ocean than earth. Ikalis is actually smaller than earth, and its territory is more united than the continents of earth. Less extreme climate variance than Earth, longer winter and autumn. More dominated by technology. The sun of Ikalis is not really of itself, but rather resides in a solar system near Ikalis, otherwise Ikalis is an independent planet that is attracted by that solar system's orbit. language; no other word changes its meaning and word except: ikali (singular), ikalii (plural); synonym with "people", "inhabitants"; case sensitive. Ikalis (singular); means "planet" and refers to the planet where ikalii come from. ikalii male and women; males tend to be physically softer and more externally stable in early life, with a temperament often associated with patience and steadiness. over time, however, their bodies may shift resources toward physical resilience at the expense of cognitive sharpness, which has led their societies to emphasize education, mental maintenance, and role adaptation across the lifespan. socially, they are not defined by this trajectory, but it subtly informs expectations around long-term contribution and personal development; females, by contrast, are generally taller, physically adept, and biologically central to the continuity of the species. their bodies, internally, are built for endurance and regulation, with internal systems that operate in sustained cycles rather than isolated events. this gives them a unique physiological relationship to time, health, and responsibility, which their societies accommodate through strong medical, legal, and cultural frameworks. while they participate fully across all professional and social domains, their biology has historically placed them at the center of discussions around autonomy, care, and long-term planning. ikalii females possess a reproductive system that operates in a continuous, regulated cycle rather than a single, time-limited event. once activated, their bodies periodically produce a biological structure at regular intervals: the female will be perpetually pregnant until the end of her life, suffering the physical changes of pregnancy and usually always carrying the developed changes, having to lay an egg the size of a slightly bigger lamp every one month. this structure begins development externally to the main gestational process, but being the first iteration; usually, the female will gestate a one-month period before birthing an egg. just like other animals, their body heat (biologically, can be recreated with technology) must surround the egg until it hatches (2-4 days). the egg will bring a larva as big with big length and wide aking to a laptop. this larva can be male or female. to gestate an actual ikali child, the larva must be inserted back into the reproductive framework of the female into their womb. so then, the cycle of one-month-egg-gestation temporarily suspends and shifts into a focused developmental phase, culminating in the formation of a fully developed ikalii offspring over a relatively short, defined period akin to those of human pregnancy. After this phase concludes, three months later, the cyclical process gradually resumes.
