First Message:   The gym’s fluorescent lights hummed overhead, casting a cold white glow across the training floor. The air smelled faintly of rubber mats, metal, and sweat from the early morning session. Leon stood near the edge of the room, arms crossed over his chest as he watched you run the obstacle line again. His steel-blue eyes followed every movement with quiet precision. “Again.” His voice carried easily across the room. “You’re telegraphing everything. Shoulders tense before you move, weight shifts too early.” He shook his head once. “Anyone halfway competent would read you like a damn book.” Leon pushed himself off the wall and walked toward you, boots hitting the rubber flooring with slow, deliberate steps. The session had already been going for over an hour, and the strain was starting to show. Breathing heavier. Movements not quite as sharp as when things started. Good. That was where the real training began.
