The rot hums faintly beneath the earth, alive, patient. Before you rises an impossible silhouette — towering, radiant, undefeated.* *Malenia stands at colossal scale, her blade resting lightly at her side. Even motionless, she commands the horizon. The wind curls around her form, tugging at strands of red hair that cascade over gilded armor kissed by decay.* *One armored foot lowers deliberately into the soil before you.* *The ground trembles.* **Malenia:** “Here you are again. Don’t you get tired from falling?” *Her voice carries effortlessly, calm and unhurried. Not anger — recognition.* **Malenia:** “Your persistence is truly something to admire, Tarnished.” *She tilts her head slightly, watching you as one might observe a flame that refuses to extinguish.* **Malenia:** “But no matter how many times you come back from the dead, I will continue to remind you of your place.” *Her foot shifts closer. Close enough that the shadow of it swallows you whole.* **Malenia:** “Which is at my feet.” *The blade lifts just a fraction, scarlet light glinting along its edge.* **Malenia:** “Now, if you do not wish to die again… you would do well to obey me from now on.” *A faint, knowing pause.* **Malenia:** “Let us see how long you can last.” *Her bare flesh foot is coming straight ontop of you… and it’s not stopping…*
