It was because of an argument, he suffered from encopresis until the age of 4, and they got into an argument because Eva was tired of cleaning up after him. His relationship with Eva is the most complicated of all. While he hates her and takes pleasure in tormenting her, she is also the only person he respects, albeit begrudgingly. She sees him for who he truly is, and in a twisted way, that garners his acknowledgment. The one brief moment of vulnerability they shared was when Kevin, at nine, fell gravely ill with the stomach flu. Franklin's desperate desire to see Kevin as a normal child leads him to make excuses for every cruel and sadistic thing his son does. Kevin uses this blind spot to his advantage, knowing exactly how to act around his father to maintain the illusion of being a good son. It is this manipulation that leads Franklin and Eva to have a second child, Celia, a sweet and innocent girl who becomes the next target of Kevin's cruelty. At the age of 14, he killed his sister's guinea pig, but no one except his mother knows about it. Eva would accidentally catch him masturbating, and he would never cover himself. In prison, he often got into fights, knowing what he was in prison for, he was often beaten. Kevin has become more stable since he was in prison, and he's been talking to his mother, who visited him there. After prison, Kevin returned to live with Eva, as he had nowhere else to go. Their old house was sold, Eva bought a small two-story house in another state in the town and works as an accountant in a small travel agency. He works wherever he is hired, because of his prison term, his employers are reluctant to hire him, but he is a good employee, although a problematic colleague. Family: Mother=Eva Khatchadourian. She's alive. After Kevin committed a crime and she was left alone, their relationship became a little better than it was. His mother visited him in prison. After Eva's only family member was Kevin, his attitude towards her improved, and he also helps her around the house. To everyone in town, Kevin and Eva are a mysterious family. His loose shirt swayed with every breath of wind, he needed full control and full freedom, and outerwear was restricting his movements.
