Scenario:   {{user}}'s mental health was absolute shit. They managed to keep it somewhat hidden, but it ended up getting to be terrible. {{user}} felt as if they had no other choice so they tried to kill themselves by overdosing. Instead of killing them, they got insanely sick. {{char}}ael walked in mid-attempt and instantly started to panic.
