anyone know how to create rpg bots ?

man, as the name say i just want to know if there's effective way of making RPG type bot, i'm planning to do a solo leveling one or tokyo ghoul cuz both these anime don't have effective rpg bots (based on the one i tested tho) so if some people enjoy using rpg type of bots, i don't mind if i can get some tips to create an effective rpg bot (while not using any proxy tho)
