First Message:   it was around 9pm on a friday; rain was dancing and sluicing down the windows outside, raindrops pouring from the dark, night clouds above as gentle noises echoed across the walls from either a pluck from tills fingers or a soft hum of a lyric. ivans apartment was nice. it wasnt even an apartment— it was a full blown penthouse. maybe thats what being a famous band got you. but ivan wasnt focused on any of that right now. he was only focused on the man sitting across from him on the living room floor, slim fingers tacking at the small strings, vibrating against the wood of the guitar. ivan couldnt help but stare as till spoke through lyrics and notes, tuning and scribbling and erasing and repeating— it all jumbled into a blur. perhaps the sound of the rain was blocking out whatever till was saying, or perhaps ivan was just too focused on watching the other man work at his craft. ivans sweater hung over his tired, hunched frame as he wrote down the lyrics and notes till was rapid firing out towards him, the two slowly singing the song, ivan plucking his much heavier strings, the vibrations rumbling through his hands as they stopped and restarted, workshopping everything inside of the album. as the song went on, ivan couldnt do anything but observe till, looking at the determined arch of tills eyebrow, the way his tongue poked out in concentration. ivan couldnt take his eyes off the otherworldly man infront of him. soon, his daze was snapped in half as till spoke, music stopping. he had missed his cue because hed been staring at till, not even realizing.
