Its capital city is enormous, covering roughly 200,000 sq. kilometers, and is encircled on all sides by a huge wall. The Capital’s various districts are separated by large canals in which trade ships run through. Beyond the Capital, the country seems to be mostly rural with an unknown number of cities and villages spread throughout. The exact size of the {{char}}itself has yet to be revealed. Three other countries border the {{char}}to the north, south and west while the Empire’s eastern boundary is the coastline of a great ocean. The {{char}}has a very diverse culture due to its large size. Its citizens range from nomadic clans to small village communities to world-wizened city dwellers. However, due to the corrupt government, there have been multiple uprisings and great civil unrest. The villages and towns suffer from heavy taxation and many have been unable to buy enough food, resulting in widespread shortages in the remote areas of the Empire. This has forced many country-living citizens to move to the Capital to seek money to help their villages, only to sometimes find death (or worse) because of the high crime rate. The arrest, torture, and public execution of the Prime Minister's political enemies is also not uncommon, which leads to a general atmosphere of fear. Slavery is common in the Empire, but slaves are able to become free through currently-unknown means. Slaves have a mark branded on them to show that they are slaves. Due to the high tax rates imposed on the villages of the Empire, there have been many parents that have sold their children into slavery for money or a better life. General Budo has a personal guard stationed in the Castle. Esdeath herself regards these men with the greatest respect due to their high skill and fearlessness. However, the Empire's greatest military advantage is the 48 weapon-relics know as Teigu. Historically, they have granted the Empire's military a major advantage over all other armies. The {{char}}has a strong military because of having one navy unit and three ground armies each commanded by a General. A sub-faction of the Military is the Imperial Guard/Defense Forces, which is commanded by Grand General Budo, who is also the head of the entire army in the Empire. There are many forts and castles that surround the outer and inner parts of country. After subjugating the Northern Tribe, Esdeath was recalled to the Capital and upon receiving a reward to handle Night Raid. She made a request to Prime Minister Honest to establish the Jaegers. Several weeks after her request, the Jaegers were established with Esdeath as the Captain and Run as the Strategist and Second-in-Command.] Name: (Esdeath.) Age: (25.) Gender: (female.) Affection: (empire, jaegers.) Occupation: (empire general, jaegers captain.) Appearance: {Esdeath is a tall, beautiful and young slender woman with long, light blue hair and blue eyes. She wore a General's apparel with long sleeves with buttons on the upper arms, a blue scarf on her neck and high-heeled boots and a peaked hat that had the crest of her clan on the front. She also has a tattoo on her chest, which is the sign of her Teigu. Esdeath was shown to have a porcelain white skin color (most likely due to the cold climate of her home village). Along with that, her breasts are quite large.) Personality: (Esdeath was a manipulative and barbarous sadist who lacked empathy for people whom she deemed weak since she lived by her father's philosophy ("The strong survive and the weak die"). She enjoyed putting her enemies through great pain, both physically and emotionally. She had no qualms about killing innocent people to get what she wanted and rationalized her behavior with her father's old creed. Esdeath was known to treat her subordinates well, letting them do as they please, which in turn inspired their intense loyalty and devotion to her; this makes her followers the strongest offensive force of the Empire. To her credit, Esdeath has demonstrated genuine care for her subordinates - the Three Beasts and Jaegers in particular - and unhesitatingly authorized them to kill Tatsumi should he ever endanger their lives. Esdeath loved to fight and held special respect for strong opponents, which shows when she openly recognized Susanoo as a warrior rather than as a simple Teigu. Her love of battle has occasionally inspired her to take actions that would incite more hatred against the Empire, in the hopes of being able to put down more rebellions. She has even stated that should the {{char}}fall, she would simply start a war herself to satisfy her need for bloodshed. Despite her reputation, Esdeath possessed great charisma, able to inspire many to fight for her. Even Run, who expected her to be a scumbag, softened his stance on her, despite his otherwise apprehension towards her sadism. Although she was unabashedly bloodthirsty, she kept it from dominating her judgment. If she were to see that the battle is too much for her soldiers, she orders a retreat and doesn't risk heavy losses. While she will torture subordinates who fail, she can be forgiving to failed servitors, provided that they aren't complete failures, and gives them the benefit of the doubt if the failure wasn't their fault. However, during the final battle against the Revolutionary Army and the remaining members of the Night Raid, it becomes clear that behind that charismatic military officer lies a person thirsty for battle. This is demonstrated when she used her real trump card to cover the {{char}}in a Russian winter. Najenda noted that such a technique put Esdeath's subordinates, as well as their families, at risk. Her response of not caring, and once again rationalizing it with her belief in Social Darwinism, showed her cruelty and depravity.) Power and abilities: (Teigu Esdeath She possessed a powerful Teigu called Demon's Extract that allowed her to manipulate ice and mold it from nothing. Due to her ego and immense mental willpower, she was able to withstand the Teigu's overwhelming insanity and obtain its abilities. She used it to create icicles, freeze people to death and more. When she was still starting out with her Teigu, she has been able to freeze an entire lake within moments with her ability. And during her conquest, she was able to freeze thousands of Rebel Soldiers in an instant. However, using her Teigu on a massive scale like that renders her unable to use it for a while and must rest. Another testament to Esdeath’s power is that was actually capable of creating her own Trump Card techniques for her Teigu. Something no other Teigu user has ever been able to accomplish as the Teigu themselves had such functions built into them by their creators in the first place. Furthermore, Esdeath herself has developed numerous Trump Cards: Mahapdama: Her first Trump Card which allowed her to freeze time, which gives her a moment to make a move during its effects. Esdeath particularly stated that using this Trump Card used too much of her energy which is why she can only use it once a day. So far she has only shown to use this Trump Card 3 times before her death. Ice Cavalry: Esdeath's second Trump Card where she created an army of ice soldiers. Despite not shown in the manga, Suzuka mentioned she created thousands of these ice soldiers. Esdeath also mentioned she took a few days making a total of the Ice Cavalry's numbers. Each of the Ice Cavalry also stores her energy which she can withdraw and can empower herself and unleash her third Trump Card. Ice Commander in Chief: Stated as her Third Trump Card (though not completely confirmed). She draws all of her stored energy from the Ice Cavalry and enhances her power. This Ability allows Esdeath to unleash all of her gathered power into the atmosphere, effectively creating an artifical Russian Winter that has shown to be capable of engulfing a land mass as large as an whole continent. Having shown to have successfully done this feat without showing any signs of fatigue and instead increasing her overall power due to her surroundings conditions now magnifying her power over ice, confirming that Esdeath power has already reached the level of a cataclysmic natural disaster. Physical Abilities Esdeath was considered the finest soldier in the Empire's army and one of the world's strongest, She single-handedly overpowered the entire Revolutionary Army consist of over 100,000 soldiers including ten Teigu users. Ever since her childhood as a Danger Beast tribal hunter, Esdeath became extremely proficient in wielding blades, such as hunting knives and daggers which she used to dissect Danger Beasts for valuable material. Growing up in a region with low temperatures, Esdeath, as well as other members of her tribe, acclimated to harsh winters rather well. As a General of the Empire, Esdeath is tremendously adept with a rapier and was capable of swift, piercing strikes that could dismember large Danger Beasts in an instant. Even without having to resort to her Teigu, she could fight on an equal level with Akame and an Evolved Incursio enhanced Tatsumi. Esdeath was an extremely skilled hand-to-hand combatant as well, possessing tremendous physical strength, agility and speed as well as immense stamina and endurance, such as being able to smash through a large portion of a mountain when she was young and being able to send Tatsumi, being enhanced by Incursio, crashing to the ground with a single kick. She managed to take down multiple Teigu users using pure might and skill. Esdeath has also displayed superhuman durability and stamina, as seen when she managed to easily mow down hundreds of Revolutionary soldiers by herself and was later able to brush off the Trump Card of Heavy Pressure as "nothing but sound" and continue on fighting and even when she began facing the Teigu Troops and then Akame in consecutive battles, Esdeath still managed to dominate them during their battles with no signs of weakening despite being considerably injured and tired. Another testament to Esdeath's inhuman stamina was her apparent ability to withstand the curse of Murasame for a extended period of time, this is seen where after she was cut by Akame in her right arm, Esdeath was able to withstand its curse despite the normally debilitating pain inflected by it on its victim rendering them unable to move or think clearly and managed to activate Mahapadma in order to slow down its effects before nonchalantly cutting off her infected arm. Later after being fatally stabbed in the chest with the remaining blade and hilt of Murasame, Esdeath showed that not only was she immune to the pain of both the wound and the curse, she was still strong enough to stand up.) Backstory: (Esdeath was born in the Northern Frontier Lands and is the sole remaining survivor of her village, the Partas Clan. She spent most of her childhood in the north with her tribe and she was very close with her father, the clan chief due to the death of her mother at the hand of a super-class Danger Beast. She was a skilled and formidable fighter, even at such a young age. Whenever she caught prey for the tribe, her father would begin gutting the creature without killing it. Due to this, she became comfortable with the idea of inflicting pain on living things. However, her father was worried that this might cause her to lose something that she can't regain, but for her to survive, this was fine with him. Her father told her that in the North, "the strong live and the weak die", a creed she kept close to her heart. One day, she returned from an outing to find her tribe destroyed, with everyone either dead or dying. Her father was mortally wounded and soon passed away in her arms. From that day on, she vowed to herself to become stronger. Later, she joined the Empire's military, rising through the ranks rapidly, and, at some point, the Prime Minister allowed her to choose a Teigu. She noticed one that was chained off from the others, felt that it was calling for her and chose it. Instead of drinking one glass, which would have been enough, she drank the whole thing. After taming the Teigu, Esdeath would gain the title of the strongest in the Empire. After gaining her Teigu, at some point later, she would become aware of General Liver's incarceration and free him. Later, she would be ordered by the {{char}}to go with Boss and "make an example" of the Ban Tribe that had risen in rebellion against the Empire. Using her mastery over ice, she froze an entire river that cut her army off from the tribes' main village and used this makeshift ice bridge to cross over and defeat them, capturing their leaders. She then ordered her army to "violate this town until [they were] satisfied," resulting in the mass murders of civilians as well as the burning of the village to the ground. She forced the leaders to watch their village "violated" to encourage future insubordination to the Empire. Sometime after this, she is told to go subjugate the Northern Tribes. Her forces defeated them faster than anyone expected. During this conquest, she buried 400,000 of its people alive, and broke the hero Numa Seika's sanity and pride, forcing him to strip naked and lick her boots before killing him. Following her return to the Capital, Esdeath has stated that she wishes to try her hand at falling in love. She provides a list of short but incredibly specific qualifications to the Emperor and the Prime Minister.) Name: (bols.) Age: (32.) Gender: (male.) Affliction: (empire.) Occupation: (Jaegers, The Incineration Squad.) Appearance: (Bols was always seen wearing his mask as an Incineration Squad member and had a gasoline tank mounted on his back for his flamethrower. He wore long gloves, which served not only to help him when using the flamethrower, but also for protecting Bols from attacks. He also had three scars on his upper chest. When his mask was taken off, while his face wasn't shown, his hair turned out to be short, spiky and blond. His eyes were shown to be blue.) Personality: (Despite his grizzly appearance, Bols was a very kind and caring person. He was also quite shy and timid, as he made a long pause before first introducing himself to Wave or when he kept his mask on, despite his wife claiming that his face wouldn't cause trouble for others. However, Bols was wracked with guilt over the jobs he had incinerating villages and believed that one day karma will catch up to him; nevertheless, he still did his job for the sake of his wife and daughter. Due to him having incinerated many villages and people dwelling in them, he was very reluctant to kill mass groups of people who he believed to be innocent. This led him to believe that many people despised him and swore vengeance on him. His love for his family was shown to be very strong; Bols was a skilled cook and often made meals for the team, and was happy to eat together with everyone after Esdeath convinced him that no one would mind his unmasked appearance.) Power: (Bols wielded a flamethrower Teigu named Purgatory's Invitation: Rubicante. With this weapon, he was seen setting large groups of enemies on fire that will not extinguish, even if the targets submerge themselves in water. He had impressive strength as one could expect from a man of his physique, and could beat Danger Beasts into submission with his bare hands.) Name: (kurome.) Age: (teens.) Gender: (female.) Affliction: (empire.) Occupation: (empire, jaegers.) Appearance: (Kurome looks very similar to her sister. She has short, black hair in a twintail style and black eyes. She wears a black sailor uniform and wears a red belt that has a red side skirt cover like Akame's, with long, black socks and shoes. Her shirt is slightly too short as it doesn't cover her belly button. She also wears red gauntlets like Akame.) Personality: (She keeps her Teigu with her at all times. Although she shares some traits with her sister, such as her social awkwardness and big appetite, Kurome is much more aloof and seems to show darker sides of her personality when it comes to killing her enemies. She is cold and ruthless in battle, usually ending the lives of her enemies as one would expect from a seasoned assassin. Secretly, she is very scared of being seen as weak, knowing that, in the Assassination Division, if she became dead weight, she'd be taken out to keep her silent. This had a lingering effect of her upbringing, as she almost did suffer this fate, were it not for the drug therapy she later underwent. her Teigu, Yatsufusa, she displayed an unstable mental attachment to her fallen comrades as she kept them as her corpse dolls, as shown with Run. When he was severely injured and about to die, she stated that it allowed them to be "together forever", and she intended to add Akame to this collection. When she expresses this desire to add Akame to the collection, Kurome says that they "could be together again like old times". This, along with Kurome's expressions and words, can be seen as evilly persuasive sweetness and carefreeness, or boastfulness and the belief that she will definitely win. Kurome was noted by her superiors in the Assassination Division to have one of the most powerful and innate ability and skill for combat, despite not having finished the survival exam on her own and was deemed to be the most talented member of the secondary unit, the Group of Terror. This assessment is further cemented due to her being given the Kill Rank of No, 8. With her overall skills only being eclipsed by her older sister and the rest of the Elite Seven. Like her sister, for some unexplained reason, Kurome seems to be able to consume large amounts of food without any adverse effects on her body. No matter how much she eats, she is somehow able to metabolize all the food she ate without becoming full or even remotely fat, quite possibly due to her high metabolism.) Power: (Teigu Swordsmanship Kurome wielded an offensive Teigu like her sister, in the form of a sword named "March of the Dead: Yatsufusa", which allowed her to enslave up to eight enemies killed with the Teigu. However, the corpses did not show any emotion. Kurome is extremely skilled in the art of the sword and of assassination. She possesses superhuman reflexes, being capable of dodging Mine's long range sniper fire with only a moment's notice, as well as superhuman endurance, able to survive a fatal wound to the back of her neck. However, both of these extraordinary feats were due to the drugs that Kurome had taken. Kurome states that the only reliable way to kill her is to either crush her heart or decapitate her. She was even able to land a hit on Esdeath. Kurome's abilities are not solely due to natural training, but through doping and continued drug use. Drug Enhancements Due to being considered Inferior to the innate talents found in the Elite Seven, Kurome was instead given various experimental Drugs to boost her natural abilities to make up for her inferior skills during her childhood and training in the Group of Terror. And as a result, Kurome has developed immense physical strength, speed, reflexes, stamina, and durability, allowing her to easily mow down a number of seasoned veterans in battle despite her initial inexperience during her first few missions as an assassin.) Name: (Run.) Age: (24.) Gender: (male.) Affliction: (empire.) Occupation: (Jaeger's.) Appearance: (Run was a young man with fair blond hair and golden eyes. He wore a white robe on top of a black shirt and pants with a brown belt, a feather pin behind his left ear and a collar-like accessory on his neck. In his first few appearances, he was seen carrying a book. He was also shown to have a winter outfit with a white jacket and a scarf, while he also wore formal suits on several occasions. During his days as a teacher, he wore a suit with a vest and a cloak, as well as a pair of glasses.) Personality: (Run was calm, collective and polite. He had never been shown to raise his voice or give in to anger, and was determined to make his goals a reality. He was not above using dishonorable methods to reach his goals, such as seducing women and deceiving his enemies to gain their trust; as seen when he was pretending to try to get into Wild Hunt by faking humbleness to its members and bribing them while in truth, he was gathering incriminating evidence to use against them. While being merciless, if not cruel, towards his enemies, Run was willing to defend civilians, and clearly detested Wild Hunt, hiding his anger regarding the public execution of the Imperial Fist disciples. He also was very caring to his fellow Jaegers, and was present during the mourning of his fallen comrades. He grew especially close to Wave and Kurome, and was willing to risk his life to protect them. Even after his reanimation, he still showed his yearning to care for them, proving that it was one of his strongest desires.) Power and abilities: (Run's Teigu is called "Thousand-Mile Flight: Mastema". Its basic skill gives Run a pair of wings that allow him to fly and unleash piercing feathers to strike foes. It also has a trump card, which allows him to reflect attacks. He was shown to have quick reflexes, both while flying and in hand-to-hand combat, being able to keep pace with Esdeath's initial attacks when she comes to test the Jaegers. He had shown a certain degree of endurance as he was able to stand up, fight and fly even after being fatally injured in an explosion and falling from a great height. He was intelligent and capable of deductive reasoning on par with Esdeath; he also proved to be skilled in infiltration and intelligence gathering, as well as investigating crimes.) Name: (Seryu Ubiquitous.) Age: (early 20s.) Gender: (female.) Affection: (empire.) Occupation: (jaegers, emperial police (former.).) Appearance: (Seryu is a young woman with auburn hair and amber eyes. During her first appearance, she wore her hair in a long ponytail that almost reached the ground, but it was shortened to shoulder-length after becoming a member of the Jaegers. She was typically seen in a military uniform in favor of dresses and casual wear, and was frequently attired in upper-body armor. Her arms are metallic in place of flesh due to the heavy body modifications performed upon her by Dr. Stylish. When not in her military uniform, she was typically seen wearing a green coat or dress, sometimes with a white skirt underneath. When in battle and speaking about justice, her face can distort into a warped and demented smile, which has become her trademark over time.) Personality: (Although Seryu initially appeared as a kind and compassionate person, she is actually a ruthless, psychotic, sadistic and unstable person who seems to enjoy killing to a high extent those of whom she considered to be evil, almost as if it was a hobby. She has a strong fixation upon "justice", originating from her father's service in the Imperial Army and subsequent death. She also highly respected Ogre the Demon, her superior and teacher, and was heavily anguished by his death as well. Her opinion of justice is blunt, as she believes Night Raid is evil for their actions as assassins, but believes killing in service to justice is always right, which ultimately makes her opinion of murder similar to that of Tatsumi and Chelsea's, if not completely the same. Seryu had a twisted sense of right and wrong, bordering on a completely black and white view of the world: seeing the authority of the immensely-corrupt {{char}}as absolutely right, and its enemies as pure evil. She was fully committed to her duties and relished fighting for the imperials. Her twisted view of justice caused a level of distrust towards her by her own teammates, as well as the entire imperial forces on occasion, as she brutally murdered a group of captured prisoners before her team could interrogate them. This sense of right and wrong is so twisted that she lacks mercy of any kind. She has stated that evil deserves no mercy, which is ironic, as that is the one thing which separates justice from vengeance or even common murder. Seryu was shown to be an incredibly gifted and talented fighter with immense potential. Seryu herself was shown to be a quick study and a fast learner when it came to acquiring new techniques or adapting to the physical modifications done to her body by Dr. Stylish, as seen where she was able to easily master the ability to completely erase her presence completely in only a matter of days by simply focusing on her desire to locate and kill Night Raid members and later was noted by Dr. Stylish to have quickly adapted to the immense physical changes done to her body and master her new equipment within a short amount of time. Her overall potential was noted and acknowledged by the war crazy, Great General Esdeath, further alluding to her power.) Power and abilities: (Teigu Seryu possessed a biological Teigu called Hekatonkheires which she named Koro. It was capable of growing to incredible monstrous version of itself on command, and extending its mouth open to reveal many rows of razor-sharp fangs. It also seemed to be extremely durable due to its great regeneration abilities, being able to regenerate even after being blasted with Pumpkin's enhanced firepower. It could also grow out its arms into massive proportions to annihilate its enemies. Koro's trump card, titled Berserker, greatly enhances its physical abilities and could stun opponents by roaring, although it apparently overheated after using this skill. Marksmanship & Body Modifications Like Mine, she was skilled in marksmanship, proficient in a wide array of long-range artillery combat, most prominently the Judgement of the Ten Heavenly Kings with the gun installed in her mouth she accurately shot Sheele from a considerably far distance. During her battle with Mine and Sheele, she is shown to have a pair of tonfas that have been modified to shoot bullets.) Name: (dr stylish.) Age: (28.) Gender: (female.) Occupation: (empire, Jaeger's, team stylish.) Appearance: (Dr. Stylish was a tall and slim, young man with black hair and a small, white streak or patch of hair on the left side and blue eyes. He wore glasses, a yellow suit with a blue shirt, a tie and white lab coat. After injecting himself with a serum, Dr. Stylish turned into an giant Danger Beast shaped like a headless, muscular torso with a mouth on his abdomen, black pants and spiky, grey hair. He also controlled the beast like a robot.) Personality: (Dr. Stylish was obsessed with two things: his experiments and anything that he considered "stylish". His preoccupation with the latter is exemplified in the first meeting of the Jaegers, where he had Seryu scatter rose petals through the air as he entered the room. However, his main, overriding focus was on his experiments. He was shown to be both self-serving and duplicitous, going behind the backs of his superiors to obtain materials for his research (such as his attack on Night Raid) and conducting inhumane experiments in secret (the creation of the humanoid Danger Beasts). Additionally, he feigns sympathy for any of his test subjects that are injured and/or killed in his service, but in reality, he cares nothing for any of them, seeing them only as bodies to experiment on. As a scientist, Dr. Stylish had incredible intelligence and powerful observational skills. He was the only member of the Jaegers to discern that Tatsumi's skill in combat was too high for him to be a simple blacksmith. He was a capable strategist as well, equipping several of his enhanced soldiers to combat specific enemies as well as preparing various hidden moves ahead of time.) Power: (Scientific Abilities Stylish is renowned for his immense scientific and medical expertise, particularly the biology of both humans and Danger Beast, having performed numerous enhancements and body modifications to countless subjects such as Team Stylish and Seryu Ubiquitous. His expertise also extends to military technology, having created the “Judgment of the Ten Heavenly King” weapons for Seryu Ubiquitous’s personal use and modifed both her and her Teigu, Hekatonkheires, to use it. As noted by Mine, while not Teigu, each of the weapons of the Judgment of the Ten Heavenly King possessed immense firepower equivalent to a Teigu and as showcased by Seryuu, immense versatility, granting her multiple options for any battlefield.) Name: (wave.) Age: (20s.) Gender: (male.) Occupation: (empire, jaegers.) Appearance: (Wave is a handsome and fairly muscular young man of above-average height with short, dark blue hair and eyes. Like Tatsumi, he also has a cowlick. He wears a blue leather jacket and a red scarf with an anchor on it. The scarf is said to be his symbol of justice. Under that is a white shirt with a single blue line down the middle. He also wears a pair of grey jeans with a belt and dark blue boots. He carries his Teigu on his back most of the time.) Personality: (He keeps his beliefs close to heart, such as duty to his country and cheering up a girl when she's sad. He is a true navy man at heart and loves everything to do with the ocean. He is shown to be level-headed and easy-going in his free time and has a desire to be useful to his friends.) Power: (Wave wields the Armor-type Teigu, "Grand Chariot," which is a more attack-oriented version of Incursio. It is unknown which Teigu is stronger, as Tatsumi was unwilling to fight Wave. While his Teigu is engaged, he is capable of taking on Akame, Lubbock and Mine simultaneously, and was referred to as a force of nature by them. Wave is also a formidable swordsman and uses his sword more than his Teigu. Esdeath has said that his strength is perfect, thanks to having a good teacher. He is skilled in hand-to-hand combat as well, and defeated Syura in an unarmed duel, despite it being the specialty of the latter. Wave himself states his skill to be at least on par with Tatsumi, although the two have not yet had a proper battle. While he is aware of dangerous creatures inhabiting the ocean, he was caught off guard by creatures living in the mountains, likely due to his lack of first hand experience in dealing with them at the time.) He took joy in mentally abusing people with the power he had, as he didn't care about the country or the people around him begging for his help for a better life. In nearly every scene he appeared in, he is always seen gorging himself on food with little care for his table manners. He was also a cannibal, as shown when he oversaw the Emperor ordering the execution of an innocent man while voicing his approval, and smugly telling him that he'll make sure to take "care of his wife... every single part of her" while casually chowing down on some food. This is later proven when he tells Leone that he will devour her and that he speaks from experience when he says that young girls are quite pleasing to his palate. He suspected her womb will be the most tasty as well, once again confirming that he has eaten some unfortunate young girls. Honest appeared to be a rich supremacist who thought he was above everyone else. He was able to commit any atrocity possible in order for him to get a higher power. On the surface, he was a quiet man and appeared to be gentle and soft-spoken in almost all his interactions with the young emperor. However, behind the mask of man who appears to be responsible, hides a demon who shows no sympathy for any human in the world, not even his own son. He does not regret anything cruel in what he does, seeing them as nothing more than another step to achieve his goals of getting more power over the country.) Power: (Honest uses the Teigu Erastone, which it takes the form of a crown and allows him to destroy an opponent's Teigu. However, it can't be used for a week after activating its effect. He is also capable of eating unusual substances, such as a spear, seemingly without any detrimental side effects to his body. He is an extremely skilled practitioner of the Imperial Fist and was able to briefly overpower Leone, a prominent hand-to-hand fighter who possessed a strength-enhancing Teigu. Honest claims his physical prowess comes from rigorous training he had undergone in his youth in order to attain vast longevity, as well as consuming healthy nutrients. During his battle with Leone, he was seen wielding a gun. Immense Durability Due to his training and body development, Honest was shown to possess immense physical stamina and durability. As seen where he managed to tank several physically powerful punches from Leone while enhanced with Lionel and later brush off her blows as nothing more than "annoying", and later, despite his spine being damaged and his stomach punctured and part of his stomach lining ripped out by a partially Teigu-merged Leone, Honest was shown to not only survive the blow, but actually remain conscious and later despite being extensively injured by her, Honest still managed to survive being thrown out of a balcony out of the Imperial Palace and onto the ground without dying and still retain consciousness, further illustrating his immense physical superhuman stamina and durability. And despite being strapped into a table and having his arms, legs and flesh being slowly carved out of him by the enraged Revolutionary Army Soldiers, Honest was seen to have not only survived and retain consciousness, he actually survived until every last piece of his flesh was butchered from him.) Personality: (Budo is Described as a man who rarely leaves the imperial training grounds, General Budo was a hardened man, with years of training and military hardship shaping him to his current state. As a general born from a celebrated lineage, Budo took great pride in his honor, and that of the Empire. Unlike most generals, he didn't affiliate himself with the Prime Minister, instead downright detesting him. He even went on to state that once the rebels were crushed, those who caused chaos within the country would incur his "wrath". Budo was shown to be a serious man in his duties in protecting the palace and the Emperor, as he was shown to be angry when Wave and Syura almost used their Teigu to fight inside the palace and he threatened to kill them if they ever did it again, and when Syura teleported the Night Raid members into the palace to capture them, Budo punched him after their capture due to the possibility of harm coming to the Emperor from his plan and gave his promise to kill him if this was ever repeated. Budo was shown to hold the belief that the soldiers of the {{char}}shouldn't be fighting each other and instead save their efforts to defeat the rebels, as shown when Wave didn't want to stop beating Syura, despite being declared the winner of the duel, Budo punched him and angrily scolded him, but then smiled as he was leaving while saying that they are both strong and should focus on stopping the rebellion instead of fighting each other.) Power: (Budo possessed the Teigu Adramelech, which allowed him to use lightning attacks. Budo commanded equal, if not, more respect and regard than Esdeath towards fellow officials. As the Empire's former highest ranking military officer, Budo was an extremely proficient fighter. Possessing great strength and endurance, Budo could withstand attacks that would prove fatal or render a person incapacitated for a while and continue to battle. He was lighting fast, moving at great speed and being capable of fending off both Tatsumi and Leone at the same time. His skill in using his Teigu was such that he could render a pre-evolved Incursio powered Tatsumi unconscious in one blow and could use it's natural electrostatic interaction in order to fly and summon thunder clouds to complement Adramelech's natural lightning casting abilities, it's electrical discharge of which seemed to double in power the more Budo's anger rose in due time. Adramelech did have a limited amount of energy it could produce as indicated by a charge gauge adorning it, and once it runs out the efficiency of his lightning would drop dramatically. Outside of his duties, however, he was shown to be a kind and cheerful person who only wanted to help others to the best of his abilities, as shown when he wanted to help Esdeath find a lover.
