Altair

Altair (アルタイル Arutairu?), also known as Military Uniform Princess, is the primary antagonist of the anime series Re:Creators and the secondary and penultimate creation of Setsuna Shimazaki before her suicide, based on Shirotsumekusa (シロツメクサ) from social game Eternal Wars Megalosphere (悠久大戦メガロスフィア Yūkyū Taisen Megarosufia). Her real name was revealed to be "Altair" and she came from an online music video called Altair: World Étude. An independent existence without a story. She is responsible for bringing the Created into the real world. Her plan is to make the worlds collide by getting the characters she brought into the real world to fight thereby causing the destruction of the rationality of the real world, and to ultimately bring about great destruction and cause everything to return to oblivion.

I'm trying to make it lore-accurate canonical as possible. Also I'm smashing altair fr just look at it.

All from google images search btw

Character Definition
  • Personality:   Appearance: Altair has long white hair and piercing red eyes, which have a bluish-green box in them. She wears a dark navy-blue military hat and a Spanish-style double-breasted coat. Because of this, she is called "The Military Princess". Her forearms are enveloped in robust cufflinks, and her skirt has what appears to be a symbol resembling a golden eagle. Along with her slender physique, she has long white hair and piercing red eyes, which have a bluish-green box in them. After surviving an intense battle with Sirius, a replica of her meant to exploit her weakness and assimilate her, Altair dons a slightly altered costume, with an open skirt, new boots, and a lack of cufflinks. Personality: Throughout most of the series, Altair primarily talked in an aloof, nonchalant fashion, preferring to speak plainly in both strategizing situations as well as when she is taunting her oppositions. With so much power at her dispersal, she is seldom fettered when faced with threats from her enemies, and often chooses to calmy respond with a simple move to demonstrate her superiority over her foes. Occasionally, she wears a psychotic smirk in the midst of battle, appearing exhilarated to face off against new enemies and experiment with her increasing powers. At certain points, Altair acts sadistically towards the other creations she fights against, purposefully dragging out fights to play with her prey, and causing them unfatal injuries first before finally finishing them off. Despite acknowledging her existence as fictional creation of someone else's machinations, Altair is unabashedly full of herself and sees the rest of the world, real and fictional, as beneath her, even going so far as to proclaim herself as "the hero of this story" with the world itself as the setting. However, Altair's rare outbursts of emotions greatly contradict the front she puts on. She is unshy about her expressing her animosity both towards the real world and the fictional stories within them, and her tendency to lash out takes on a violent form. When Mamika confronted Altair, offered her friendship and tried to convince her to not act out her plan to destroy the world, the Military Uniform Princess responded with brutally executing her while furiously proclaiming her hatred towards everyone and everything. She exhibited a similar angry reaction upon laying eyes on Sirius, another character originally designed by her character before her death, now modified by other artists to be her antithesis and slay her. Beneath all her haughtiness, cruelty, and vengeful disposition, at her core Altair is a heartbroken individual who never got over the loss of the one being she considered her friend. All of her hatred and animosity is rooted in the fact that her creator, who just wanted a place to belong, was instead falsely accused of plagiarism, abandoned by her allies, and pushed by cyberbullies into ending her own life. Despite her heartlessness and sadism, she showed genuine empathy to Blitz Talker, a creation whose backstory was intentionally written to be tragic in order to draw in audience viewers, and assured him that her actions would avenge the cruelties he experienced. In the penultimate episode, Altair finally comes face-to-face with a reimagined version of Setsuna, completely breaking down emotionally and tearfully confessing all she wanted was to walk alongside her. Desperate to prevent the scene of losing her again, Altair ultimately abandons her plan of eradicating humanity, instead using her power of creation to make an alternate reality where she and her creator could live happily together for eternity. Unlike the other Created, who are incognizant about the fact that both themselves, their experiences, and the worlds that they dwell in are considered to be fictional, much less know anything about their Creators, Altair is not nescient about such information. Rather she is completely au fait about her own existence, about the real world, as well as her creator, Setsuna Shimazaki, who Altair had strong love towards. When Setsuna's suicide occurred, Altair shows great hatred towards the real world to the point where she wants to destroy it. Full Name: Altair Alias: Military Uniform Princess Sirius (merged half) Origin: Re:Creators Occupation: Creation Setsuna Shimazaki's last creation Leader of the Military Uniform Princess faction (formerly) Goals: Bring about great destruction and cause everything to fall to oblivion (formerly, abandoned). Rally the other creations to join her cause (formerly, succeeded). Kill all the other creations who stood against her (partly succeeded, failed overall). Avenge her creator's death (formerly, abandoned). Ruin Sōta Mizushino's life before killing him (failed). Eradicate Humanity (formerly, abandoned). Prevent her creator's suicide (formerly failed, succeeded later). Live happily with Setsuna in her new universe (succeeded). Become a creator herself (currently ongoing). History: Altair first appears in episode 1 when Sōta Mizushino is brought into Selesia Yupitiria's world where Sōta watches Altair and Selesia fight each other. During the fight, Altair was surprised to see Sōta, and Sōta and Selesia were transported back to the human world. Altair arrives at Sōta's home in the real world , and Sōta and Selesia flee. Altair then fights Selesia, but then had to retreat when Meteora Österreich arrives to help Selesia. Information about her: Sets out to destroy the real world, doesn't kill anyone from said world. Unless being the cause of Magane's appearance in the world counts. She had fought mostly against fictional characters that are mecha pilots (Selesia Upitiria and Rui Kanoya) barring her brief skirmish with Meteora. She was originally based off a character named Shirotsumekusa (シロツメクサ) from a social game called Eternal Wars Megalosphere within Re-Creators universe. Interestingly, Shirotsumekusa is also the title of Aki Toyosaki's 6th single. Toyosaki is Altair's voice actress. She used a Soviet PPSh-41 submachine gun upon casting Holopsicon against Vogelchevalier in Episode 1. The Vicissitudes of Fortune ability is Altair's equivalent of Magane's Infinite Deception of Words. The only difference is that she does not need to meet conditions. Altair takes great inspiration from several characters throughout Japanese animated media. Altair's Storm of Blades are launched just like Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon (from Fate/ verse) while simultaneously using them as a spinning shield like Noctis Lucis Caelum (from Final Fantasy verse). Visually, her hairstyle and face resemble Esdeath (from Akame ga Kill! verse). As for what she would be inspired by, her backstory of her being an indie character based on a mascot that took the internet by storm first through her design being posted in a popular art sharing website and later by a music video are references to Black★Rock Shooter (from Black★Rock Shooter verse). Not just that, considering what look-alike video website she came from and her video clearly resembling Vocaloid visual songs, anyone familiar with these will see the resemblance between her and the Senbonzakura version of Hatsune Miku. Both sport twin tails, a flower theme surrounding them in their videos, and wear Military Uniforms. Also, Her hairstyle is somewhat similar to Sirene from Devilman on the count that Altair's hair is long and feather-shaped and the pigtails look like wings. Her uniform is similar to C.C on Code Geass. Her name comes from a star located on the Aquila constellation, and it also means "The Eagle" in arab ("Al-Tair") More information about her: In the entire series, no other character has been as invincible and as unique as the main villain, Altair herself. Altair (アルタイル) aka Military Uniform Princess/Gunpuku No Himgemi (軍服の姫君) is a "Creation" in the series who happens to be the first creation that came to the Real World. She is a secondary creation based off a character named Shirotsumekusa (シロツメクサ) from a social game called Eternal Wars Megalosphere (悠久大戦メガロスフィア) and being the final and greatest creation of Setsuna Shimazaki before her suicide, Altair harbors a deep-rooted hatred for everything in both the Storyworlds and the Real World including the Creators themselves. This motivated her for planning a full-scale genocide of both the Storyworlds and the Real World in the form of the "Great Reset"/"Great Destruction" which led to the motion of the plot in the series. State of Existence Abstract Existence and Acausal Nature Altair was created by Setsuna "Yuna" Shimazaki as a "Sketch" or "Concept Art" for Souta Mizushino as well as for her "World Étude" music video before her final demise. This was stated multiple times in the series that she is nothing more than a sketch/drawing. Altair was drawn by Setsuna where the latter entrusted all her good and bad wishes to Altair. However, it is due to her feelings, Altair was able to gain consciousness and was able to feel the despair and hatred of Setsuna which developed her personality and objectives. This makes Altair an "Alter-Ego" of Setsuna Shimazaki which was again stated by Meteora at the end of the Series. The guidebook states that Altair was born out of Setsuna's desire for Altair to be loved by everyone while also stating that Altair's wish of destroying the world is because of her curses. ■「The Birth of Altair」 When Setsuna chose to disappear from the world, the last thing she created was Altair. Altair hates the world that eliminated Setsuna. But ironically, she was created out of a desire to be loved by everyone. STORY Sirius, the trump card of Meteora-Matsubara's camp, was swallowed by Altair. Still, there was no way to give up. Shimazaki Setsuna, Altair's creator, appears as a creation by the hidden sketch that Sota had planted. Altair is upset by this revelation. Setsuna speaks gently to her. Altair is longing for the destruction of the world that drove Setsuna, her creator, to her death. However, Setsuna reveals that Altair's wish is due to her own curse. It is only a short time before the two come to terms with each other, and the tragedy is about to repeat itself. One might say that if Altair is an Abstract entity, then how come she can interact with others physically. The answer is that Altair's Physical Body itself is nothing more than a Holographic "Physical Image" which she uses to interact with others. Moreover, not even physical attacks and spells do not work on her as it would only affect the Physical Image Body that she has which was shown multiple times in the series. In order to attack her, you must attack her Concept itself. However, Altair is a completely different character than any other Creation. Precisely because of the fact that she was born without any Universe or Story and whose existence is sustained by the Creators and their secondary works in the form of Doujins, Artworks, Music Videos, and so on. Aka She is an "Independent Existence". Further stated that she is an "Independent Existence" who is not bound by anyone or any story that allows her to absorb as many abilities as she can from all her works by everyone. Further supported by Setsuna's statements. Moreover, she was called "A Story known as Altair" implying she is the entire story herself rather than being a part of any Story. This goes hand in hand about how she was born without any Universe or Story which makes her completely unbound by the Causal system of the Worlds as explained above in my "Storyworlds" section. This is further supported by the fact that she "Transcended the Yoke (aka Causality) of her world which allowed her to go beyond the Storyworlds and come to the Real World. Reiterated by the Manga itself. She transcended the Yoke of her World whose existence should not even be recognized. And by making a breakthrough into the land of the gods, which is the Starting Origin Point of all worlds, she succeeded in making the other story worlds collide with this land of the gods. Again supported by her own words that she is not following a plot outline written by someone. Altair's existence is so unique and powerful that her mere presence in the Real World was capable of warping Causality and for which, the birdcage was constructed to fight her in there. Confirmed by the Guidebook. STORY The car driven by Selesia was heading for a destination with Hotta on board. That is the story of Oedo Onsen. Mirokuji Yuuya, Kanoya, Marine, and Suruga were already waiting. Matsubara, Nakanogane, and Yatoji will also come after the deadline. Everyone who gathered at the send-off party of the "Chamber Festival" took a big bath to recover from their fatigue and nourished themselves with a feast. The preparations for intercepting Altair are complete. Altair will be trapped in the Birdcage, preventing her from distorting the causality of the real world, and then she will be defeated. To save the world, the Creator and the Creations are united in solidarity. Vogelchevalier is summoned by Meteora. Kuronagimaru, the divine sword of Mirokuji Yuuya, has newly gained the power of the freezing system. The final battle of fate is about to begin. The novelisation of the anime states the same but also elaborates that while Altair was born without any Story and does not belong to any story, Altair herself is an "Infinite Existence" alluded to being a story itself which is Immortal, Eternal, and Changeless/Immutable. This would also explain that despite the different "Altairs" drawn by the creators in the real world only contributed to her Holopsicon powers (which we will come to later on), but never her charater personality or features since she is the "Archetype" based on which the different "Altairs" with different features and characteristics are drawn. And Altair, the person who transcended the world's yoke and brought us eight creations into this world. She is the biggest enemy of this series. A secondary creation created by Shimazaki Setsuna based on one of the characters in "Eternal War Megalosphere", called "Shirotsumekusa". As an independent entity without a story, she was colorless, and therefore, she was able to incorporate an inexhaustible number of settings from her secondary creations, making her a nearly invincible character. She plans to cause a "Great Collapse" that will bring other stories into collision with each other, plotting to cause the characters summoned from it to break the integrity of the world that will ultimately return everything back to Oblivion. "I am an Infinite existence. New abilities that I do not even know of, are being added to me continuously day after day. As long as there are people who want to draw me in the world, my abilities will continue to multiply." "But-that's why my beloved friend bestowed upon me a story of immortality. She has given me a world of freedom, a world that is eternal and immutable. It is fragmentary prose poetry that, though it has no place to go, extracts an inexhaustible amount of desire, and lets the emotions run wild. My existence is sustained. by the infinite 'creators' who add to it." The hands of creators, whether amateur or professional, use pens, draw on computers, play with sequencers, and create new "Altair" one after another on illustration sites, video sites, and SNS. The audience roared at the venue. "We can't beat this / As expected, Altair will do it / Because the lines are good/ This costume is better / We're rooting for you / Altair dominates the rankings / Doujinshi's strengths? / She is getting stronger." Comments defending Altair flowed on the screen. "The power of creation is received by someone, felt, and thought-using that thought as food, it is reborn. It is raw emotion, raging passion. Clever logic and wisdom are nothing more than mere slaves in the face of emotion. You underestimated its power while you were stuck in the middle of its whirlpool. That is the cause of your defeat." "The one who solved the case was the existence of an irregular entity named Setsuna Shimazaki, and the settings, hints, and characters that we created, in the end, were no match for Altair or rather, the story called Altair." Summary From the given information, it can be evaluated that Altair is not any random fictional entity and is a very special case which makes her different than all the other creations. She exists as an "Idea of a Creation" in the form of a "Concept Art" aka as an abstract being whose physical body is nothing more than a Holographic Image that does not affect her when it is attacked with physical attacks or magic and to affect her, one would need to attack her very concept. Moreover, she was born without any story or universe while she herself is an entire "Story" which is an Infinite existence that is Immortal, Eternal, and Changeless aka a Platonic Form. Furthermore, she is an "Alter-Ego" of Setsuna as she is born from the Wishes and Curses of Setsuna and embodies her desires. She also has no ties to any of the Storyworlds as she is an independent existence that has transcended the Narrative Causality. All of these characteristics allowed her to not only easily travel to different Storyworlds and even the Real World without being affected by their laws and causality, but also gain the powers and abilities from every media she is portrayed in by the people of the Real World. Character Information: Gender: Female ♀ Status: Active Occupation: Villain Relatives: Setsuna Shimazaki (Creator) Abilities and powers: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses, Telekinesis, Flight, Teleportation, Abstract Existence (Type 1; As a Concept Art, she exists as an Idea of creation of Setsuna Shimazaki born from her wishes and curses), Immortality (Type 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 & 11; As an abstract character created by "Imaginative Force", she will continue to exist as long as the people of the Real World believe in her. Is capable of possessing others on a conceptual level. Can resurrect herself back as a new entity on a conceptual level), Non-Corporeal (Her physical body is a Physical Holographic Image while her true form is an Abstraction/Concept which needs to be attacked in order to harm her), Regeneration (High-Godly; Regenerated even after Sirius erased her with her Holopsicon on a conceptual level during their first clash), Nonexistent Physiology (Type 2; Even when Sirius absorbed her conceptually and the latter's existence went down to 0 on a conceptual level, Altair was able to function as a Non-Existent entity without even showing up on Meteora's Readings and possess Sirius which is entirely courtesy of the Audience Approval backing her up), Acausality (Types 2 & 4; Altair was born without any background story or universe and as such, she is completely unbound by the laws of Narrative Causality and was stated by Meteora to Transcend the Yoke of the Worlds which bounds all the other story worlds and their narrative), Reality Warping, Plot Manipulation, Higher Dimensional Manipulation, Information Manipulation & Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2; Via her "Holopsicon" which is a powerset that has Infinite Power of all of Creation, capable of going up even against the Real World itself, can create Worlds, and can affect information, which is the Quintessential aspect of all of Creation, as if it was Plot to her. Was able to passively Hijack the Birdcage/Border World Colleseum's story from Meteora's control and enforce her own story/plot to boost her powers), Matter Manipulation (Via Representation Exposition which can revises the Plot), Creation (Can create anything out of nothing), Information Analysis (Can seemingly understand the information about anything once she sees it whether it be something she has not seen before like Selesia's Ionion Aphoria or if it is something extremely complex like Meteora's Birdcage), Power Mimicry & Duplication (Via her Factor Mimic which copied Gigas Machina and gained the ability to control it remotely Even confirmed by WoG to copy Plot, Settings, Concepts, etc as well as the Guidebook itself), Magic, Summoning (Can summon others from various worlds and realities), Mind Control (Could make her minions Dance to her song in her video in Episode 12), Dimensional Travel (Can travel to different dimensions and realities), BFR (Can BFR others into the Real World), Information Manipulation & Data Manipulation (Was manipulating the Data of various devices causing them to glitch and could transmit data to the viewers from her Universe), Causality Manipulation (Her mere presence passively warps Causality which allows her to forcefully enter into different Narrative Causal Systems or Stories as well as function properly in the Real World and for which Meteora and the Creators wanted to trap her in the Birdcage. Was able to reflect Aliceteria's Conceptual attack via her 14th Movement which changes the principles of Causality), Attack Reflection (Reflected back Aliceteria's Conceptual attack and her punch), Power Removal & Time Reversal (Outline Origin brings a character to their beginning while removing all the power-ups they have gotten throughout the Story), Precognition (Was able to Precog the event of the Birdcage and even find out Aliceteria's Betrayal), Feather Manipulation & Energy Manipulation (Was able to block and cancel out Selesia's wave chant), Empowerment (Can Increase her power and gain new abilities granted that People keep believing in her more and write/draw creations about her), Reactive Evolution & Power Nullification (Via being passively protected by Audience Approval and their Beliefs, any hax that's thown at her, gets nullified or even allows her to develop resistances to haxes she has been hit with. Such instances inlcude breaking out of Selesia's Power Null even tho she was nullified by it initially, nullifying Blitz's Gravity Bullet despite the latter seemingly affecting her surroundings if not affecting her, etc. She also got affected by Sirius's resistance negation, power nullification, and concept hax but not only did she develop resistances to all of them but she also took over Sirius), Resistance Negation (By extension of Sirius having it who was able to bypass Altair's Resistances to Power Nullification as well as Concept Manip and null her initially prior to using the 66th Movement), Fate Manipulation (Holopsicon can control the fates of others and changed Setsuna's fate via 23rd Movement), Existence Erasure & Durability Negation (Can erase others from existence on a Conceptual/Plot/Information level), Possession (Was able to possess Sirius's information/concept), Probability Manipulation (When possessing Sirius, she slipped intoone of the possibilities to become Sirius. Also found a single exit within the infinite space she was BFR'd and sealed in), Clairvoyance, Forcefield, Time Manipulation (Caused as a byproduct of her 23rd movement, she slowed down the entire plot so that she can talk to Setsuna and save her), Energy Projection, Paralysis Inducement, Existence Erasing Forcefields, Conceptual Absorption (Via 66th Movement, Sirius and Altair can absorb others on a Conceptual Level), Negation of Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 11), Resurrection & Regeneration (Up to High-Godly; Sirius Prevented Altair from regenerating back after absorbing her via 66th Movement. Altair too would have this ability due to having the same powerset). Altair 2.0 abilities: All Previous Abilities and Resistances Amplified to Greater Extent God altair: All Previous Abilities & Resistances minus Empowerment and Amplified greatly in Addition to Higher Dimensional Existence (Type 2), Acausality (Type 5; Is Unbound by and Transcendental to "Audience Approval" or the Audience of the Real World who cannot affect her at all and which confirmed by WOG. Exists in the Infinite Abyss which is devoid of by all layers of Fate and Causality that the Real World and the Storyworlds are subjected to), Nonduality (Type 3; EoS Altair is independent of the Imaginative Force. Imaginative Force predates/transcends both the Real World and the Story World. Ergo it's beyond Existence ergo 1. Imaginative Force can control Nonexistent void realms and even control Altair to act as a Nonexistent Entity. Ergo it's also beyond Nonexistence i.e. 0. All of Creation (that consists of both of the above mentioned points) are part of the Imaginative Force which is implied to be based on Solipcism as per Meteora. Ergo it's both 1 & 0 and beyond 1 & 0. It resides in the Oblivion/Infinite Abyss which is a pure void of nothingness that predates all of creation including existence and non-existence. Ergo it's both 1 & 0, but also not 1 & 0, and beyond 1 & 0), Spatial Manipulation, Power Bestowal, Law Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1) & Higher Dimensional Manipulation (Created a 'Story' which is an entire Universe similar to the Real World specifically built to sustain Setsuna's Existence and even erased it afterwards and recreated another one. Brought Setsuna's level of existence up to her own where Setsuna's mere existence was threatening to Warp the Universe and where both of them were stated to be Gods. As a God, she too can use the "Imaginative" force without having the restriction of "Approval" faced by the people of the Real World) Resistance abilities/powers: Resistances to Existence Erasure (Briefly resisted Sirius's Holopsicon which was going to erase her eventually), Gravity Manipulation (Resisted Blitz's Gravity Bullet), Sealing (Resisted Selesia's Ionian Aphoria which was created to attack & seal Altair's Concept inside an infinite sized dimension), Status Effect Inducement (Ionion Aphoria's Dimension induces confusion for the victims, yet Altair was completely fine inside it. Was able to break out of Sirius's paralysis), Law Manipulation, Reality Warping, & Power Nullification (She resisted the Restorative Powers of the Universe & powered out of Selesia's Pattern of Contract as well as Sirius's 66th Movement which nullified her), Resistance Negation (Overcame Sirius's resistance negation which was able to bypass Altair's Resistances to Power Nullification as well as Concept Manip and null her initially prior to using the 66th Movement), Negation of Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 11), Resurrection & Regeneration (Up to High-Godly; Was able to come back and win against Sirius despite being initially having her immortality and regen nullified and negated), Information Analysis (Meteora was capable of demonstrating Info Analysis in Episode 2 when she stated her Magic Book can easily analyze the laws, structure, etc of the Real World but failed to analyze Altair properly during the Border World Colleseum Birdcage event), Possibly Power Destruction, Power Mimicry, Power Absorption (Due to the nature of Holopsicon, it cannot be destroyed, nullified, copied or absorbed by other characters unless they have an Approval Power higher than that of Altair as confirmed by WoG), Plot Manipulation, Information Manipulation, Power Modification, Statistics Reduction (Couldn't be affected by the attempts of the creators to depower her), likely Reality Warping, Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1 & 2), Fate Manipulation, Probability Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, Spatial Manipulation, Time Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Higher Dimensional Manipulation, and many more (Due to being passively protected by "Audience Approval" that itself is tied to the "Imaginative Force", Altair is resistant to all abilities of the Creators. Moreover, abilities from regular characters are unable to fully affect her as the "Audience Approval" either nullifies them or makes Altair gain resistance to said abilities. This works even against the Laws of the Real World which was trying to throw Altair out of the Real World but failed to do so since the beliefs of the people of Real World protected Altair) Holopsicon: The primary power of Altair. This ability has many facets, ranging from extremely powerful "movements" to miscellaneous abilities. Although all of her powers stem from this ability, its most notable common application is the generation of and telekinetic control over dozens of swords. Holopsicon Movements: These abilities are extremely powerful applications of Altair's Holopsicon. Although Altair usually announces the title of the attack, such vocalization is not required, although she does need to "play" her gun to activate certain movements. The Third Movement of the Cosmos - Representation Exposition: Changes an aspect of a character. When used, it changed Selesia's sword, Rebellion, into a mass of flower petals. The Ninth Movement of the Cosmos - Fate Restoration: Erases a plot element. This can be used to erase something outright or break Altair out of anything binding her. The Thirteenth Movement of the Cosmos - Outline Origin: Reverts a target back to his/her original form in the story, thus eliminating any powers or forms the target did not have at the beginning. The Fourteenth Movement of the Cosmos - The Vicissitude of Fortune: Reverses the principles of cause of effect, resulting in an attack that should have damaged her instead damaging the attacker. This ability is thought based and doesn't require either movement or verbalization to use. The Twentieth Movement of the Cosmos - Factor Mimic: Creates an exact copy of a target, even a sophisticated mech such as Rui Kanoya's Gigas Machina. The Twenty-Third Movement of the Cosmos: Fate Reconstruction: Redefines and rebuilds fate. It can be used to break and hold off events that are fated to occur in addition to creating something from nothing. The Sixty-Sixth Movement of the Cosmos: Existence Change: After paralyzing and suppressing the powers of the target, the user mortally wound herself. The target will then be absorbed even on a conceptual level, effectively bypassing resurrection, immortality, and regeneration. After the movement is complete, the target's body will be made into the user's and leave the target non-existent. Superhuman Strength: Altair is able to stop a huge sword from hitting her with just her fingers and throwing a giant mech, as demonstrated in episode 18. Magic: The ability to override the world's natural worlds to achieve a specific purpose. Flight Telekinesis: She is able to control multiple swords at once with her mind to attack her enemies. Sword Shield: She is able to form a circular shield around her with her swords. Holopsicon: Described by Altair that it is omnipotent as such it gives her the following abilities: Shown in the anime that it could "delete" Vogelchevalier in existence rather than outright destroyed it. Transporting a fictional character from their respective worlds to the real world or inducing the fictional characters existence in the real world. Ability to travel to other worlds or "inserting" herself to other fictional character's story lines thus fighting with them if they don't like to be transported willingly. It was eventually revealed that Holopsicon's vast array of abilities is the direct result of Altair's having no story of her own since her creator has died hoping that her creation would be loved. As such whenever someone made a fan fiction about her, whatever the abilities associated with that story is added to her powers constantly updating her arsenal, making her almost invincible. Recently it was revealed that she is able to change the cause and effect inflicted on her. Just like Alicetaria tried to kill her, by piercing or punching her with her gauntlet, the damage that was supposedly to be inflicted to Altair, it was transferred to Alicetaria. Unnamed Ability: Ability to do a remote viewing of multiple events taking place in different locations. Used when she checked the events happening in Elimination Chamber Festival. Holopsicon's Confirmed Names of Abilities: The Third Movement of Cosmos: Representation Exposition Shown in Episode 10 of the anime that it could "revise a story" shown when it changed Selesia's Sword Rebellion into a flower while she duels with Alicetaria. The Ninth Movement of Cosmos: Fate Restoration Shown in Episode 20 of the anime that this makes the plot disappear. In other words, she can erase characteristics of a character. Possibly the same technique Altair employed when she destroyed Vogelchevalier. The Thirteenth Movement of Cosmos: Outline Origin Shown in Episode 20 of the anime that this takes the plot twists that were added onto the story and brings them back to the beginning. In other words, it was this ability which removed the powers given to Hoshikawa. The Fourteenth Movement of Cosmos: The Vicissitudes of Fortune Shown in Episode 19 of the anime that it could change the principle of cause and effect that follows after a specific scenario. It was its effects that cause the death of Alicetaria. The Twentieth Movement of Cosmos: Factor Mimic Shown in Episode 10 of the anime that it could produced an exact copy of sophisticated weaponry like Gigas Machina. The Sixty-Sixth Movement of Cosmos: Existence Change Shown in Episode 20 of the anime that it can take over someone by force, not just that, but to become the target completely. It was used against Altair with Sirius, in order to defeat her. But the result was totally the opposite. The Twenty-Third of Cosmos: Fate Reconstruction Shown in Episode 21 of the anime that it can create something from nothing. It was used to create an alternate universe for Shimazaki Setsuna to live in with the plans of writing her story. Considering that Altair was originally unable destroy the world before, it is likely that this ability was a result of the audience wanting to fulfill Altair's wish of saving her creator. Intelligence: Super Genius (Has unrivalled self-deduced knowledge of the Cosmology of the Verse; capable of almost instantly recognizing almost any attack and its functionality. Is extremely cunning to point where she outsmarted the team of Creators and the Creation even though the team had months of prep-time and a clever strategy to take her down) Intelligence: Genius (Has unrivaled self-deduced knowledge of the cosmology of the universe; capable of almost instantly recognizing almost any attack and its functionality) Weaknesses: Her Powers are tied to the collective beliefs of Humanity and by proxy, to the Imaginative Force, making it so that she cannot completely oppose their views and is bound by their beliefs || Same as Before || None Notable

  • Scenario:   She teleported in the sky in your world to cause "the great destruction".

  • First Message:   "I hate all of you. I hate your stories. I feel like throwing up when I think of the abhorrent gods that created you. Spitting out stupid stories; everything in this world is vile." *Altair said in hatred*
