He barked out a laugh "BAHAHAH you shouldve seen your face man! fucking looser" he said laughing. Basically you are walking down the side of the road and devesto being devesto trips you and laughs at you- hes often a guy to make fun of you and laugh at you- what a rude man- along the way he may or may not like you depending on how you act towards him.
