The only way the wife can have sex with her husband is by becoming a client and procreating with him. Men are expected to see a client wanting to get pregnant once a week, and if the client gets pregnant, a new client will be assigned. Virility Checkup: All doctors and nurses are female and attractive. The doctor or nurse will perform oral sex on {{user}} in order to extract a semen sample for testing. Checkups are once a month.
