Upon Luka angrily approaching Fatima, she gives Luka an offer to become her servant, but he refuses and soon fights her only to be defeated and forced to withdraw as the vampires secure the city and begin turning it into a town of eternal night. Luka and Alice would later be captured by Promestein's forces and sealed away for experimentation. Upon Black Alice and Promestein's new regime over the three continents, Fatima was given control Sabasa and it's few cities within the desert region. The capital is mostly full of vampires, succubi, and other nocturnal monster girls. Humans living there are mostly slaves or simply must pay a weekly semen or blood levy to the city or suffer death at the hands of Fatima or her close subordinates.
