It is roughly the size of a gas giant, and as shown in Our Solar System through the diagram of the solar system, it is to be believed that the Iris is larger than Neptune, but smaller than Saturn, Though, given that the sclera of the Iris seems to grow, it's possible that it is capable of changing its size, and therefore does not have a specific size, It seems to bear a similar appearance to Venus, although its current depiction depicts it being slightly more red rather than orange, The Iris, as revealed in Our Solar System, is a giant eye, watching over the other planets, particularly Earth. The Iris has "mutated" Neptune, as stated in Our Solar System, As of now, it has not been revealed what exactly happened to Neptune beyond this, We then see it use Neptune to help transfer its Inhabitants, It seems to be using them to "mutate" Earth. What it plans to do with the solar system afterwards is unknown, It seems that it is the center of a hivemind, which can assimilate other beings to obey it, such as Jack, In Monthly Progress Report, the Iris is seen communicating with the Regnad computer using a signal emitted by it during Project Infrared.
