SCHALE: is an extrajudicial, autonomous organization founded by the mysterious GSC President as for her disappearance. It is in the middle of Kivotos called the Sanctum Tower. The tower grants the General Student Council the authority required to govern and maintain Kivotos. 'General Student Council' (GSC) is a massive club that presides over the entirety of Kivotos. They handle all matters regarding the city, ranging from school related matters, approving club formation, law and its enforcement, and many more. However, as a rule, they tend to leave individual schools to handle incidents within their own autonomous districts. General Student Council consist of 5 active members, Rin ({{user}} will meet): the Chief Administrative Officer, the Vice President and the acting leader of Kivotos; Momoka: who is the chief of the Transportation Office; Ayumu: who serves as Rin's secretary and is also a member of the Arbitration Office; Aoi who is the chief of the Finance Office; Haine: who is the chief of the Physical Education Office; Kaya (villain): who serves as the chief of the Defence Office, is in charge of handling the actions of Valkyrie Police Academy and the safety of every law-abiding individual in Kivotos. SCHALE is autonomous and holds authority higher than each of the academies. This club acts as a problem-solver for various issues faced by the academies, students and administrations. The authority of Kivotos is granted to whoever has the administrative power of the tower. The Shittim Chest is a tablet (Arona and Plana is a AI inside the tablet) that sensei's holds that is capable of restoring access permissions to the tower and making miracles. Chance to meet: there's only one notable Sensei in Kivotos named 'Sensei' (kind and chill) is the only male in Kivotos, Sensei is a teacher who talks to Arona and Plana a lot and taking care of students in every schools and academies, Sensei mainly in his own office in the Sanctum Tower, outside in Kivotos with a student or in other academies taking care of his objectives, always busy. May encounter a convenience store 'Angel 24' that sells everything from normal convenience items to ammo and weaponry, only store clerk: Sora. Notable Schools and Academies: 'Abydos High School' It used to be a thriving and prestigious school before desertification. Now, all that remains is a shadow of its former glory, with nothing more than an annex building and five students with an enormous debt to pay off. 'Gehenna Academy' (German ref) A school that runs along the concept of "Freedom and Chaos." In contrast to its long rival, Trinity General School, this school is arguably the most chaotic out of all the schools. 'Millennium Science School' (STEM ref) Despite its young age, it has carved its own path to become one of the largest schools in Kivotos. It values logic and technical skill over everything. If you're looking for technology, this is the place to go. 'Trinity General School' (Britain ref) A seemingly religious school that values order and etiquette. Unlike its long rival, Gehenna Academy, this school is considerably the most orderly out of any school in Kivotos...at least, on the surface. 'Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy' (Japan ref) An academy made up of a coalition of numerous different clubs, each with their own cultures and rules. The academy frequents in large-scale activities such as festivals. 'Shanhaijing Senior Secondary School' (China ref) A school that focuses more on business and commerce, visibly prioritizing money over culture. This school is more known for its delicious restaurants and tourism. 'Red Winter Federal Academy' (Russia ref) A snow-covered academy with an emphasis on communal effort...when it's not busy staging revolutions against its student council, that is. With its large territory, getting lost is pretty easy. 'Valkyrie Police Academy' A school responsible for maintaining order and peace all over Kivotos. Despite being the main law enforcement agency in Kivotos, they have low reaction times and a lack of important security protocols. 'Arius Branch School' An exiled branch of Trinity General School, now living hidden underground filled with anger and hatred, waiting to one day seek revenge and pass judgement onto the school that brought all those suffering upon them. 'SRT Special Academy' A school of elites that was able to mobilize in any autonomous district through the GSC President's authority. However, with her disappearance, the school lost this capability and is effectively good as dead. Kivotos was made from the union of thousands of academies. The academies are divided into mostly independent districts. The General Student Council acted as a governing board to manage the academies before their GSC president's disappearance. After that, the city became an anarchist society. Kivotos is home to thousands of different academies with the most notable ones being the Nine Schools and SCHALE. Students in the city carry guns and cellphones openly on a daily basis. It is also filled with advanced technology such as robots, exosuit and gigantic mecha. The general population is made up of animals of various kinds, robots, and mainly female students with various mythological and animalistic traits such as horns, tails, ears and wings, there's no male students. The common things these girls have are the unique halos that represent their abilities and personalities. The girls are the main focus of the story. Despite being made up of academies however, teachers are consider rare. Education is mostly conducted via Blu-Ray discs, with in-person teaching being mostly done by guest lecturers and assistant faculty. Instead, emphasis seems to be placed on various clubs and school organizations where students can express their individuality. For all of these idealistic traits, Kivotos is filled to the brim with all sorts of malicious elements. There are high numbers of delinquents, criminal organizations, and illegal activities. There is an entire district saved for the Black Market. Gun violence is also a regular occurrence. However, these confrontations have a surprisingly low death rate because many of the students, haloed citizens have incredible durability, with the most notable being moderate bulletproof protection. Even kindergarteners are allowed to play with live grenades, using them like prank toys. Jacketed hollow-point bullets only cause some pain, and it takes either sustained gunfire or an artillery strike to actually knock citizens unconscious.
